| We isolated 19 kinds of endophytic bacteria which Bacillus was the dominant genus from healthy and attacked bacterial wilt's symptomless eggplant collected from Fuzhou Fuqing,the Putian Dong yang,Quanzhou Jinjiang.Eggplant endophytic bacterial populations and quantity changed with the different parts of the plant,different regions and different degree of the incidence.The healthy eggplant which was collected Fuzhou Fuqing root's endophyitc bacterial were the most,may reach 9 kinds,the leaves' were few,only 4 kinds.In the quantity of endophytic bacterium,the stem department were most,may reach 3.89×10~5cfu/g,the leaves' were only 4.19×10~4cfu/g.The kind of endophyitc bacterium of healty plant obvious more than acttacked bacterial wilt's plant.By the elements rotate method and orthogonal experimental design,determined the medium ingredient of endophytic bacterium and Ralstonia solanacearum mixed culture was glucose 5g,yeast extract paste 5g,peptone 10g.Carry on endophytic advantage bacterium 943,946,964 mixed culture with R.solanacearum strain 1305,found that strain 943 has antagonising effect on 1305,strains 946,964 and strain 1305 manifested competition relationship.ITS sequence of the strain through the determination of the selected strains that are R. solanacearum with R.solanacearum GMI1000 standard strains of ITS sequence homology of more than 99%.The advantages of endophytic bacteria after treatment R.solanacearum physiology and pathogenicity of later,whenλ=0.57,UV absorption,whenλ=5.6,the type of fatty acids,the strains can be divided into three categories,whenλ=0.98,BOX-PCR polymorphic of the cluster analysis can be divided into four categories.But in essence,can be divided into two categories.The one is the virulence strains,the other is the low virulence strains.The potted seedlings in vitro and the pathogenicity of the determination of in vitro whether strong or weak are the incidence of disease,only potted seedlings-pathogenic strain of the disease died.
