The experiment studied the slope soil main physical, chemical and micro-biological status of different slope gradients in the masson pine plantations of Fujian, to reveal the slope soil physical, chemical and microbiological distribution characteristics of the different slopes gradients, to provide the basis for the scientific management of the soil nutrient resources of the same type of environment degradation by erosion. And for the masson pine plantation of the different site conditions, the experiment of the effects of fertilization including many kinds of micronutrient fertilizer was studied. The result of the experiment indicated that:1. The slope gradient was one of the main factors that affect the distribution of the slope soil nutrients, and the variability of the soil nutrients in the slope increased with slope increasing. In generally, with the slope gradient of forest land increasing, the total nitrogen, alkali-soluble nitrogen nitrogen, total phosphorus, organic matter, light fraction carbon, humus, micro-organisms carbon, and other indicators in the surface soil had the trend of gradual reduction. The correlation of the organic matter, total nitrogen, total phosphorus, total potassium, alkali-soluble nitrogen, light fraction carbon, microbial biomass carbon, the carbon content of humic acid, carbon content of fulvic acid, the carbon content of humus in the up soil layer (0~20cm) compared with the stock of the masson pine plantation respectively all reached significant levels, and the correlation of the three factors (total phosphorus, alkaline solution nitrogen and light fraction carbon) compared with the stock of the masson pine plantation all achieved very significant levels.2. The soil nutrient content of the all experimental fields of masson pine decreased with the soil layer deepening, and the variation of the soil organic carbon and total nitrogen in the slope was larger. The content of the organic matter was between 4.91 g/kg and 18.26 g/kg, total nitrogen was between 0.32 g/kg and 1.46g/kg, total phosphorus was between 0.02 g/kg and 0.33g/kg, the alkali-soluble nitrogen was between 30.58 mg/kg and 137.27 mg/kg, the available phosphorus belowed detection limit, the content of the available potassium was between 2.27mg/kg and 122.1 mg/kg. Clearly, soil nutrient was relative poor, particularly of phosphorus, and under different site conditions, there was a certain difference in the growth of masson pine. 3. The experiments of the NPK+Cu, NPK+Zn, NPK and the control in the young forest indicated that, apart from the young forest of age 3 in Sandukou , age 1 in Sandukou, age 2 in Sandukou, age 5 in Xipi compared with the control respectively, the results were significantly either from the tree height or diameter at breast height(DBH). While other middle-age forest compared with the control respectively, there was no significant difference results, but the tree height and DBH of the fertilization treatment were varying degrees of growth. The total copper, total zinc of foliar in different treatments after fertilization compared with the control respectively, the law of the change was not obvious.4. In the experiment, the identification of the fertilizer application rate and fertilizer ratio mainly referenced the content of the available nutrients as available N, P, K and organic matter in the forest soil. The fertilizer efficiency of entire nutritional fertilization with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are closely related with site conditions. Therefore, with different site conditions forest, in the premise of scientific monitoring of soil nutrient dynamics, the fertilize management should be applied based on the scientific attitude that lacks what to make up what. The experiment was the first year of fertilization, the effect of fertilizer might not be obvious and some of the results had limitations as the tree growth period was long, the trees of the old aged forest were bigger and there were more nutrients in the storage. In the experiment, the problems such as fertilizer application methods, use of phosphate fertilizer, how to improve the bioavailability of phosphorus quarter, forest should be fired or not in the pre-implantation and so on should be explored further.
