High efficiency,low pollution is the elements and precondition of the plant protection machinery in its useness in the agriculture.Carries on the survey and the analysis in the plant protection mechanical's work field after its work is one of judgment standards to examine whether its work parameter is reasonable,.or its work effect is fit.The cold aerosol sprayer is an effect better machinery working in the awning room or somewhere else the airtight space.while spraying.When its work the droplet average grain diameter only has 20μm,just because of the droplet pellet tiny and the quantity is huge,causes the difficulty after the atomization work to detect the medicine fog field density distribution,droplet deposition.This article proposed to use the improved atmospheric samplingenters to sample the fog density after the cold aerosol sprayer's atomization in the awning room,the goal is to establish one kind of description space slight medicine fogdensity fixed point change's test run,and further to set up the space the multi- spots survey experimental technique,,develop the space medicine fog density field measurement test method,ultimatelyThe main work done to the medicine fog densityfield after the cold aerosol sprayer atomization in this article contained:the survey of tiny medicine fog density in the awning room based on single sampling;establishment of slight medicine fog density survey test run;analysis of medicine fogdensity field distribution under multisamplingenters in the awning room;the analysis of influencing factors,impacted on medicine fog density field distribution,and the optimization;done the value simulation and the analysis of the fog density field under a conventional operating mode,the establishment of related model between air current speed of flow and the medicine fog density in the awning room for further realizes the medicine fog density field visibly to provide the basis.Through the massive experimental analysis,this article has drawn following several aspects conclusion:First:It is feasible to use the improved atmospheric samplingenters to carry on the fixed-point medicine fog density survey under the slight medicine fog density field after the cold aerosol sprayer atomization work.Tthe improved atmospheric samplingenters could gain the medicine fog density data after the atomization to end in 79min,and the medicine fog density subsidence curve in the awning room is built,in the end,the medicine fog deposition finally closure time calculated and it is360min.This value is very close to the international plant protection industry standard,so this method can provide more rear parts characteristic information description to the medicine fog density subsidence.Second:Because the sampling double-side sampling datas' difference is remarkable,it have to utilize the double side the sampling value at the same time to become experimental the expression value.And it finds the best sampling combination is:Sampling 5min,picks spirit 5L/min when do the studies on the thin fog density in the awning roomThird:Analyzes from the experiment indicated that,it has the obvious partition phenomenon in the slight medicine fog density subsidence curve,namely has a partition spot,separately satisfies the different subsidence rule in the partition around.This article analyzes the obtained partition to end is near byl3min,after the atomization.Fourth:This paper presented a new fitting method for deposition curves of pesticide fog concentration.A project criterion of fitting method was also developed.It was the minimization of the difference between the calculated mass of total pesticide which was obtained by integral and the practical mass.Under the conditions of optimal combination of sampling,the error between the calculated value and practical value was 1.6%.Fifth:Doing the study by using seven improved satmosphefic sampling on the medicine fog density field distribution,and the value simulation and the analysis done according to the operating mode which studies carries on,through the air current speed of flow in the awning room and the medicine fog density related model which establishes with the experiment compares to,realizes to the medicine fog density field center point data visible judgement.This for further realizesthe medicine fog density field visibly provides the basis.Sixth:Through the analysis of influence influencing factor of medicine fog density fielddistribution,it showed that the atomization time,the change sprays the part the axial position have no direct impact on the medicine fog density distribution in the 42 meters awnings room;The relative humidity about 85%,the spray nozzlehigh establishment is 1.5 meters carries on the atomization work possibly to cause the medicine fog to obtain density distribution evenly,the greatly;when the atomization time is set,atomization speed increasing does not have the distance scalerelations with the medicine fog density increase.
