From the first emergency water transfer in 2000, the lower reaches of the Tarim River, has carried on eight times during the eight years and the total water transfer quantity achieved 22.44×10~8m~3. It has brought the obvious change for the downstream ecological environment, particularly along the river channel and the study of the ecology responses to P. euphratica in study area. The study used the macro investigation and the typical kind to monitor the integration of qualitative and quantitative combination of remote sensing data analysis and field sentinel verify the integration of multi-level and multi-lateral research, to the methods Innovation. The first time using data of high-precision, high-resolution (0.6 m) QuickBird satellite aerial photo to research P. euphratica individuals, groups and the overall ecological lose in the lower reaches of Tarim River, and P. euphratica growing strength of the quantitative relationship between the growth vigor of Rejuvenation. From the results of the study, emergency water transportation to effectively uplift the level of groundwater, the river near the growth and rejuvenation P. euphratica played a significant effect. The main conclusions of this dissertation are:(1) the restoration of damaged ecosystems in the lower reaches of Tarim river subject to major changes in regional groundwater level, through human disturbance - emergency water transportation and added into the groundwater and soil water is the survival of the main water for sparse vegetation in the lower of Tarim river, that affect plant growth (and development) the dominant factor. Horizontally, with the main axis away from the river and increase the depth of shallow groundwater level, P. euphratica growth vigor and renewal weakly, P. euphratica growth vigor individual and tends to decline gradually declining. P. euphratica mainly from the riparian within 200 m; longitudinally, the middle of the Yingsu section in the lower of Tarim river to stem not in accordance with paragraph under anesthesia, shown as: the more to the downstream, with the declining water table, P. euphratica individuals, groups, increasing degradation . Reflects the arid areas of water stress on P. euphratica forest a strong impact on the ecosystem.(2) There is great difference in the density of P. euphratica from the river bank in Aragan section, according to data analysis that: with the increased distance from the river bank, the density of P. euphratica forest reduced. There is a "water divide" from the distribution of P. euphratica from 200 m, most of this kind of P. euphratica are distributed in this range, however, Microgeomorphology terrain will also affect the density of P. euphratica,(3) The proportion of medium growth vigor of P. euphratica is the largest in Aragan section, P. euphratica in the 200 m away from the river bank growth vigour is prosperous and the distribution of more concentrated, the farther from the river, The proportion of weak wood, dying wood, dead tree, fallen trees and the stump of a tree is growing. Overall, with the increase in distance from the river , the growth vigour of P. euphratica gradually weakened.(4) There is great difference in the shoots of P. euphratica from the river bank in Aragan section, according to available data analysis: With the increased distance from the river bank, the P. euphratica trees have shoots gradually reduced, 50 m from the river bank is largest, the percentage is larger, outside 300 m of river bank, there is on P. euphratica shoots.
