This topic "Process Analysis and Designing for hanging pressure Production Line of tractor transmission Bearing" is a scientific and technological project, to design and optimize the production line, based on actual demand for tractor enterprise, through in-depth analysis of the production site, and in combination with it's actual production.Based on analysis of the structural characteristics and the dimensional accuracy of the machine parts, the equipment performance of the production line, the requirements of process and technology comprehensively, we find out the deficiencies of the production line in design, not only the labor intensity of worker is hard, but also the efficacy is low, it is difficult to guarantee assembly quality and to increase production efficiency. Then aim at the main reason of insufficient for capacity to product, we analyze and optimize the program from the clamping position of part, the designing and clamping of the bearing, production line balance, and other aspects, so as to provide theoretical support and the necessary data.In this paper, we study and determine the original design's flaws through widely analyze of the production site, for example, unreasonable for the part clamping and location, difficult to guarantee the quality of bearing pressure fully, misallocation of process so that transmission case can not be charged in production line seriously. Then we improve the program using modern design theory, improve the pass rate of the rolling bearing pressure, solve practical production line rhythms balance by using factor analysis and quantitative estimation methods at last, and the new design's introduction of production line has been given.Assembly is a highly efficient production organization, in order to make it play the greatest effectiveness, we must to balance productive capacity all part of line, made production line balance. the position and clamping for the part at fixture in assembly is very importance to guarantee the precision machining processes, which plays a vital role, and it will also affect the processing efficiency at the working procedure so as that on the production line production Rhythms balance has been damaged, thus correct part positioning is not only the premise to ensure normal production, but also the first problem to solve. The process of tractor transmission Bearing pressure is a more complicated subject, according to tradition, the assembly pressure of pressure machinery for the fit hasn't been selected by strong theoretical basis, usually by experienced technicians or first-line workers with experience, or through empirical formula to calculate, lack of theoretical basis, the final result is often excessive or inadequate pressure, the excessive pressure will cause production of waste, and increase the cost of production, low pressure is fatal, will result of the pressure bearing equipment not to in place, influence the transmission assembly quality.Therefore, this study is from the reality of tractor transmission production, analysis of the structural characteristics of components, the technical requirements of the state, obtained a reasonable location of transmission assembly and the limits of the state, improve the devices of positioning and clamping in line and the hydraulic system of bearing fitted with, adjust part of processes operating at the same time, improve the production and management organizations so that the pressure bearing on the rhythms of the convergence process, greatly improve production capacity, laid a solid foundation for enterprises to obtain high economic efficiency.The method that has been proved has been achieved the requirements to enhances the labor production efficiency and guarantee the quality of products by the actual operation. It not only reduce the working hours of workers, but also brought considerable economic benefits for enterprise, not only for improving the existing production line efficiency of the production has an important guiding role, but also for designing new production line with reference value.
