| The solar water heater has become an important product, with the fastest growth and the earliest market maturity in the Chinese renewable energy field. The competition among companies of solar water heater is becomeing more and more drastic. In order to meet customer's demands enterprises now pay more attentions to technological innovation, personalized-product and after-sales service. Solar water heaters are developing towards the direction of high-quality and high-performance.This paper develops a system of the thermal properties analysis and parametrization design of solar water heaters by researching solar water heater combining CAD technology. The main contents are as follows.(1) Research on thermal efficiency forecasting method of evacuated solar water heater. Based on the fuzzy neural network, a thermal efficiency model is established, and analysis programs are developed to realize the thermal efficiency forecast. The forecasting results are in good with those obtained by experiments. The forecasting method can shorten the research and development cycle of new products.(2) The three-dimensional modeling design features of the Unigraphics and the user developing methods are studied. According to the characteristics of the solar water heater, its component parts are classified scientifically. Driving relations among dimensions are studied, and parameterizing design interface is finished. The three-dimensional parameterizing design program is developed to realize the parameterizing design of evacuated solar water heaters.(3) The calculating module for the design of evacuated solar water heaters is developed. The module can complete fast and automatic computations of degin parameters of evacuated solar water heaters, including the calculations of vacuum tube, the minimum distance, the temperature and volume of the Hot & Cold water, the systematic average coefficient of heat loss and daily thermal properties, the heat loss coefficient and the water heating energy needed of water tanks.(4) The operating mechanism of UG secondary development procedures are analyzed detailedly. Integrating programs which are introduced above based of the Unigraphics platform, a design system for solar water heaters is finished. The design system extends the functions of UG and meets the special design requirements of solar water heater industries. |
