This experiment uses 5 cucumber inbred line department, compounds 10 hybrid combinations according to the Griffing complete diallel crossing second set of plan, compared with 14 agronomic characters and 5 nutritional quality characters heteroses, Heterosis of quality character including 14 agronomic characters were also preliminary analysed, has calculated the agronomic characters combining ability, the heredity parameter, the correlation coefficient and the path analysis, 5 inbred lines and 10 hybrid combinations were preliminary estimated.The main reshlts are showed:1. Quality character analysisDeep green types were dominance over the green types , both sexes is assumes the dominance to the female.2. Heterosis analysisThe greenhouse special-purpose mini- cucumber's selective breeding's key target is the yield and the quality, this experiment through to affected the miniature cucumber per plant yield 14 agronomic characters and 5 character intrinsic nutritional quality has carried on the heterosis analysis. The result indicates per plant yield the choice key in per plant fruit number, next is the leaf area and per fruiit weight. Regarding nutritional quality,the soluble solid content and the soluble protein content appears the high heterosis value , through raises a hybrid generation of quality content using the heterosis, thus achieves the improvement quality character the goal is feasible.3. Combining ability analysis5 inbred lines its per plant yield general combining ability between - 103.72-90.78, parent B, C, E general combining ability is positive value, inbred B, C, E difference extremely is remarkable, also achieves remarkable the extremely horizontal difference with other parents, inbred B is highest value, showing is enhancing per plant yield aspect most to have the use value, inbred C is the consideration object. inbred E is in its length of fruit, per fruit weight, length of plant, area of leaves general combining ability respectively is 1.31, 11.26, 16.32, 42.28 is highest positive value, and in has inbred E to participate in the hybrid combination length of fruit, per fruit weight, length of plant, area of leaves special combining ability effect combines compared to other high, explained that inbred E is enhancing length of fruit, per fruit weight, length of plant and area of leaves a high aspect most have the use value. In this experiment in per plant yield different combination special combining ability between - 208.43-232.04, and combination B×E, A×E, B×C, B×D the special combining ability is high. The synthesis general combining ability effect, the special combining ability effect and the parent and hybrid combination's per plant yield performance, inbred B, C, E are the ideal materials.According to the result of F1 in the field performance and the combining ability analysis, the synthesis character fine combination were acquired, they are : B×E and B×C.4. Genetic parametric analysisThe per plant yield, per plant early yield 's H2 respectively is 74.58%, 80.38%, h2respectively is 21.78%, 24.79%, Its heredity conforms to the additive - dominant model, because the dominance variance cannot inherit fixedly, thus the narrow hereditary capacity was quite still low. Therefore in choice being suitable per plant early yield and per plant yield material makes the hybrid parent is very important.5.
