This paper studied the impact of Spinibarbus sinensis's feed optimum protein content, the optimum fat content, the ratio of animal and plant protein content, fat sources on the growth of Spinibarbus sinensis by biological methods. Aimed at understanding the nutritional needs of Spinibarbus sinensis but also provided a reliable theoretical basis for artificial bait and artificial breeding research on the Spinibarbus sinensis. Its main findings are as follows:1. At an average water temperature of 28℃(from 25℃-35℃),gradient in different protein level, after 60 days of testing, each measured Spinibarbus sinensis weight gain, using specific growth rate and the effect of protein as measure indicators, using linear regression and parabolic regression equation fitting, the results showed that: The feed of Spinibarbus sinensis optimum protein content is 33.79% to 35.85%.2. Through the addition of mixed oil (soybean oil: fish oil = 2:1) prepared 6 kinds of fat content of fat to determin the impact on the growth of Spinibarbus sinensis. The results showed that: feed fat levels have a significant impact on the growth and protein efficiency of Spinibarbus sinensis; When feed fat levels in 4.02% to 8.03% , Spinibarbus sinensis special growth rate and protein efficiency high , and the coefficient of feed is lowest. the results showed: The feed of Spinibarbus sinensis optimum fat content is 4% to 6%.3. At the optimum level of fat and protein feeding Spinibarbus sinensis 61 days under the conditions of the different preparation 5 kinds of feed fat. The results showed that: the best growth is peanut oil, followed by vegetable oil, mixed oil and fish oil.4. Total protein in the same circumstances, 6 kinds of different plants and animals protein feed Spinibarbus sinensis 61 days, the results showed that: when animal protein content is 60% to 100%, the growth of Spinibarbus sinensis and feed utilization are at the best; feed with animal protein accounted for 60% is appropriate.
