In order to achieve the goal of slow/controlled releases fertilizer formalization production and promoting application, under the laboratory and the factory condition. We studied the production technology and the nutrient release characteristic of slow/controlled releases fertilizer, the fertilizer effects on wheat and maize were also invested, this experiment can provide technical support to the process of changing achievements in research to the agricultural productive forces .1 detecting the production technology technological parameter of slow/controls releases fertilizer, determined the ideal factory formalization production technology technological parameter The disc pelleting equipment's diameter is 2.8 meters, the rotational speed is 17 revolution of/minutes, the inclination angle 46 degrees, the productive time is 20 minutes, the weight produced fertilizer is 430kg, causes slow/to control releases the fertilizer the formalization production to be able to realize3 centralisms increase the powdery material the research to indicate that can reduce the pelleting time 3-5 minutes.2 N released characteristic was different between three slow/controlled releases fertilizers, N released rate of slow/controlled releases fertilizers made by Scotts of Europe changed with time was a line. And N released so slowly. In oppose , N released rate of two slow/controlled releases fertilizers which made in our lab and a certain company of zhengzhou exist as exponent curve and higher than the fertilizers made in Scotts of Europe. But the difference were existed in the fertilizer made in china. N released rate of earlier stage of slow/controlled releases fertilizers which made in our lab is less than made in the company. But in the latter period, the result in opposed. Compared with slow/controlled releases fertilizers which made in the company, slow/controlled releases fertilizers which made in our lab released N stablely at first. At last N released completely3 the experiment on wheat indicated that the treatment of T4 with a single fertilization of slow/controlled releases fertilizer can significantly increased yieldand fertilizer utilization efficiency was also improved. but leaching NO3-_N amount declined.Comparedwith T2, T3 And T5treatment yield increased 16.59%, 6, 61%, 13.99%。repectly and fertilizer utilization efficiency increased 12.85%,12.85%and 13.37%,repectly。4 the experiment on maize suggested that the treatment of T5 with 60% N used in seeding stage as uero and 40% N used in as slow/controlled releases fertilizer can significantly increased yield, and fertilizer utilization efficiency was also improved. but leaching NO3-_N amountdeclined,ComparedwithT2, T3, T4,andT6treatment.yield increased10.25%,6.29%,5.33% and 11.50% and fertilizer utilization efficiency increased 14.66%, 7.87%, 6.57% and14.49.
