Northwest of Hubei Province is the northern margin of citricultivation areas,where Danjiangkou city is one of the main producing areas.Because of the lower temperature and long frost season,there exsit many problems,such as short preserving period,poor quality.In order to improve fruit quality,elongate the harvest period,this study Okitsu Satsuma(Citrus reticulata Blanco cv.Okitsu wase) for materials,using plastic greenhouses delayed harvest cultivation,taking different measures to control puffiness cause by delayed cultivation and harvesting in protected.Test set up both inside and outside plastic greenhouses,plastic greenhouses were taken different measures of irrigation,spraying to take calcium and GA,discusing the greenhouse inside and outside environmental conditions change on fruit development and quality,the experimental results showed that:1.Effect of protected cultivation on environmentGreenhouse increased the temperature significantly,from September 15 to January 15 next year,greenhouse≥10℃effective temperature for 1867℃,field≥10℃effective temperature for 1230℃.The average temperature of greenhouse higher than that of field,the average variance is 4.3℃.since November,the temperature changed greatly,the biggest for 11.5℃.The temperature of greenhouse is 6℃higher than that in field,which in December is larger difference between inside and outside greenhouse,an average of more than 10℃,the biggest is 18℃.the lowest temperature in greenhouse is 2.6℃higher than that in field.Greenhouse changed the humidity, greenhouse,air humidity in greenhouse is Higher than that in field,the humidity within the greenhouse is 79 percent on average,and in field is 63 percent.2.Effects of different treatments on puffinessGA treatment reduced the rate of puffiness and the puffiness index significantly, before harvest the puffiness index is 15%and 10%,respectively,the control within greenhouse are 98%and 32%.spraying Calcium in this experiment didn't work on preventing puffiness,before harvesting the floating rate is 96%,Paper space floating rate is 30 percent.Controlling water test,RDI deal with the rate of puffiness is 82%,floating rate of completely controlling water is higher than that of skin RDI for 93 percent,may be the latter part of drought-induced.3.Different treatment on fruit quality Skin color:GA treatment significantly delayed the prophase pigmentation,when harvest was fully colored,has no significant difference with control.Calcium can improve pre-peel brightness,when harvest still has no significant difference with control. Controlling water test had no significant impact on pigmentation.In the field, pigmentation was about 20 days earlier than that in the facility,color changing was in the period around mid-October.Weight and thick skin:The results showed that weight,thick skin and skin floating rate is closely related to paper space floating rate.The higher puffiness index,the bigger decline of weight,and the more thick skin.GA treatment significantly delayed the weight,only dropped 0.4 percent,calcium handling with a decrease of 1.4 percent,RDI decreased by 2.2 percent,a decrease of 2.8 percent in the control,completely controlling water weight loss of 5.3 percent.GA can withstand significant skin thickening and aging,skin thickness has remained just at the level of maturity time at 2.19 mm.Calcium promote the skin thickening,the former mining for 3.40 mm,from thick to thin skin were exposed to simulated 3.30 mm,control and full greenhouse for water-3.08 mm,RDI to 3.03 mm. Soluble solids and acid:GA treatment has no significant difference compared with the control,the soluble solids before harvest are 11,titratable acid content of 0.6%. Controlling water can increase soluble solids,had not obvious effect on titratable acidity. Sugar acid components:GA had little effect on the sugar components,had no significant difference when compared with control.The total sugar content of control within greenhouse was 105 mg/ml,GA deal was 100 mg/ml;GA deal had an impact on the rebound in prophase and the decline in pre-Puffiness of malic acid.Calcium promoted the rebound in puffiness of malic acid.Controlling water can raise total sugar content and lower acid content.4.changes of aging factorsMDA:With the post-harvest time,the content of MDA in the pericarp increased gradually, the increasingly aging skin.GA can significantly reduce the accumulation of MDA,delay the emergence of the MDA first peak period,the average is 13.55μmolg-1 lower than the control.Calcium can slightly reduce the accumulation of MDA,the average is 2.15μmolg-1 lower than the control.SOD activity:GA can delay the emergence of the SOD activity peak,and in the latter part of a high activity,the average is 43.98μmg-1 higher than the control.Calcium in maintaining the SOD activity is not very good,is 17.66μmg-1 higher than the average.PAL activity:calcium can induce a high PAL activity in the latter part,GA has the same effect as calcium.GA and calcium are significantly delayed the PAL peak period,are 60 days and 40 days later than control,respectively.
