This paper studied the effect of different resources of broodfish(fostered in Polyculture fishpond. and fished in natural aquatic system), oxytocic hormones, methods of insemination and incubation on the artificial propagation of Xenocypris microlepis BleekerThe experimental results of the broodfish source effect on induced spawning of Xenocypris microlepis Bleeker showed that: the average induced spawning rate of broodfish polycultured was 77.5%,fished group was 52.5%. The induced spawning effect of polycultured broodfish was better than broodfish fished in reservoir. The former is more suitable for broodfish.The experimental results of different oxytocic hormones effect on induced spawning of Xenocypris microlepis Bleeker showed that: The optimum combination of exterior hormones was group b (LRH-A27μg/kg +DOM2mg/kg) ,the induced spawning rate reached 86.7%;Group c (PG6mg/kg) was 80%; Group a (LRH-A27μg/kg +PG2mg/kg was 73.3%.The fertility of group b was highest,which reached 70.3%;Group a was 68.5%;Group c was 66.7%.The dosage of group b and c were better than group a,which were equal to induced spawning.Comparative test results on artificial instrumental insemination and nature fertilization in naturalness of Xenocypris microlepis Bleeker showed that: the average induced spawning rate of artificial instrumental insemination was 81.1%, the average fertility was 70.5%; the average induced spawning rate of nature fertilization group was 72.8%, the average fertility was 64.3%. Comparison of induced spawning prophase,metaphase,anaphase, in prophase , artificial instrumental insemination was better; in metaphase, nature fertilization was better; In prophase, two methods were bad. The natural fertilization could be used in large-scale in the flourishing periods of the propagation. The artificial insemination could be used in small-scale.The comparative test on oosperm incubation method of Xenocypris microlepis Bleeker showed that: the emergence rate of incubator groove was 74%, only 32% in concrete pool,which proved the former was better than later. The suitable method of incubation of Xenocypris microlepis Bleeker fertilized egg was water hatch in the incubator hatching after debonding.
