The author through a great deal of information available,found that current research on rice cultivation is confined to the high-yield cultivation model of the field,rarely involves the issue of excessive fertilizer.So from this point of precision fertilizer on model.In this paper,orthogonal quadratic regression design method is adopted to research high yield and saving fertilizer to rice,which the planting area is the biggest in Xinyang field.In our studying,we use the rice breed is "Ⅱ优838" which is used in a wide area of Xinyang.Three-factor orthogonal quadratic regression design was adopted.It is two replications in the field experiment.The size of small test plots is 16 m~2 and 4×4 m square.Fifteen small areas insides the replications were arranged one row with the machine.There were aisles 0.5m wide between test plots of the two replications but no aisles between small test plots in order to be observed more clearly.Excess five protecting rice plots were planted surrounding experiment areas.Data collecting and calculation(including regression analysis) was done on the basis of three-factor orthogonal quadratic regression design,and the model was established.And then computer network was adopted to search the optimum result.The ideal planting model was acquired for the purpose of popularizing in larger area.Xinyang current average yield of rice in 7500 kg/hm2(500kg/acres) around,the traditional fertilization method,application of nitrogen 225 kg/hm2(15kg/mu) converted into urea 489 kg/hm2(32.60kg/mu),Mushi P2O5150kg/hm2(10kg/acre) at SSP 769.5 kg/hm2(51.3kg/acre).On the test,according numerical models constructed by the optimization results, according to the experimental design fertilization technology,when planting density 209,628 p/hm2(13975.2 Waterloo/mu),the application of nitrogen fertilizer converted into urea 379.05 kg/hm2(25.27kg/mu),compared with the traditional fertilizer and less applied 109.95 kg/hm2(7.33kg/mu);application of phosphoric acid converted into 476.85 kg/hm2 SSP(31.79kg/mu),compared with the traditional fertilizer and less applied 292.65kg/hm2(19.51kg/acre).And at the highest yield of rice,up to 9211.5 kg/hm2(614.10kg/acre).
