We must harmoniously deal with the relationship between economic development and environmental protect, and we should achieve sustainable development, because of the environmental problem that we face. The use of biogas energy can promote economic development and improve rural environment, which can achieve rural sustainable development. Compared with other country, the development of biogas in china is better than other country in quality and quantity. Because it lack quantificational impact assessment on rural environments and economy, so we research the effect of biogas project on rural ecology, which include rural planting subsystem, water and soil subsystem and atmosphere subsystem through fixed -spot farmer inspection and local environment inspection. This study can supply theoretic guidance and practical direction. The results showed:1,The irrigation of biogas slurry on Kiwifruit can improve quality of Kiwifruit and it is safe. The sugar-acid ratio and vitamin C content of Kiwifruit fruit under the application of biogas slurry alone and the coordinate application are higher than the application of fertilizer alone, and the differences between them achieve prominently. The vitamin C content of Kiwifruit fruit under the application of biogas slurry alone and the coordinate application are 27.61%-35.55% higher than the application of fertilizer alone.The inspection of Plumbum and Cadmium in Kiwifruit fruit and soil showed that the Plumbum and cadmium content of Kiwifruit fruit was inner in national safety criteria, the Plumbum and Cadmium in soil also achieved first level of soil environment quality.2,The use of biogas can decrease the let of carbon dioxide and sulfur dioxide and improve the quality of inner air. The let of carbon dioxide with biogas burning was 44.71 ton. The let of carbon dioxide with coal burning was77.08 ton, and the let of sulfur dioxide with coal burning was 696.70 ton. So the total decreasing let of carbon dioxide was 32.37ton, and the sulfur dioxide was 696.70ton.The concentration of PM10 in farmers without biogas project was 2.64 mg/l, and which in farmers with biogas project was 0.33mg/l. there was prominently difference between them .It showed the use of biogas could improve the quality of inner environment.3,The use of biogas can improve courtyard environment and decrease water and soil runoff. The concentration of SS in farmers with biogas project was 149.78mg/l, and the other was 168.75mg/l. there was prominently difference. The concentration of COD was 13.77mg/l, and the other was 16.17mg/l. The values of TN, TP and pH were not different between them.4,It integrated evaluated the effect of biogas project based household on rural natural environment and economic environment through nine counties of Hubei province. The result was that the integrated evaluated values of the farmers with biogas projects was positive and the integrated evaluated values of the farmers without biogas was negative on the whole. It concluded the application of biogas project could improve rural ecosystem.It also integrated evaluated the effect of biogas project based household on rural natural environment and economic environment through different quarter. The results were that the integrated evaluated values of the first and fourth quarter was negative, and the integrated evaluated values of the second and third quarter was positive. It indicated the use of biogas in the second and third quarter was better than that in the first and fourth quarter, because the temperature in the second and third quarter was higher than that in the first and fourth quarter.
