This paper mainly studied on the key factors impacting the measurement about measuring the methane production of ruminant with SF6 Tracer Technology.First ,I modified the GC-122 with 10-valve,choosen the different Teflon material for measuring the permeability of SF6. Using the gas-separation devices , made a model for calculating the productiong of the CH4 from the ruminant, in the way of mading the relation between the degredation of NDF ADF DM CP and the pro duction of methane,and,made a further study using the animal experimentThe first part: The studies on the Measurement of the ruminant methane production with the SF6 Tracer Technology(1) The choose of the different material of Teflon and Gasket: designed low permeability and negatipressure gas sampling,all this are did by mysef completely,Also I modified GC-122 with 10-valve. And the trial also studied the relationship between the degradation of the nutitiona component and the production of methane. At last I made a model forcasting the production of methane,by Using the degradation of NDF, ADF, CP, DM as variables.In the trial two the model has been further verificated.Trial two The verification of the prediction model of forcasting the methane of the goat by using the animal experimentChoose the three shaneng goats with the good condition, similar to body weight (30±3g) respectively.Then feed the feed with the proportion of 5:5 3:7 1:9 from concentration to roughage feeding ,During the period of trial ,I recorded the weight of the feed eated by the animal,made the measurement of DNF ADF DM CP dynamic degradation Using the nylon bag measurement,and also measured the outflow speed of the feed in the rumen using the chromium tag feed.At last I measured the produtiong of the methane from the goats using SF6the tracer technology with the normal physiological state of the methane emissions, the last of the stablishment of an experimental model for further verification.The test results showed that the mode have a good forecast and the difference was not significant (p> 0.005), the model is reliable model and Worthy of further study.
