Isolation And Identification Of Infectious Bursal Disease Virus Isolated From BinZhou And Immune Protection Of Vaccine B87 On It

Infectious bursal disease is an acute and highly contagious disease,which damages mainly young chicken.With the increase of inoculation,it's infrequent that IBD break out.But it still brings tremendous losing.In recent years,many chickens were infected by IBDV in Binzhou region.The following experiments were carded out to control the disease.Experiment 1,a strain of field IBDV was isolated from chickens in Binzhou region.According to the epidemiology clinic symptom of infected chickens and the results of virus isolation and identifaction,the chicken was proved to be caused by IBDV.The isolated strain was named IBDV Sdbz-0610 temporarily.Experiment 2,the hypervariable region of VP2 was considered as the crucial site which relates to the pathogenicity of IBDV.According to some scholar's design,the primers were made and then the sequence of hypervariable region of VP2 was cloned and analysed with some published strains in genebank.The results showed that the field strain carded the characterof vv IBDV.Experiment 3,the hybrid chikens were challenged by IBDV Sdbz-0610 after inoculation of B87 to learn the effect of B87.When hybrid chikens was challenged by IBDV Sdbz-0610,the vaccine of IBDV could protect the hybrid chikens effectively.This showed that some chichens were infected by IBDV in Binzhou region including part of chickens inoculated with vaccine.VvIBDV is representational in these viruses.The prevaleht genuine vaccine can protect the chicken be free of infection of IBDV in case of good program.It must be compositive if IBD break out.
