The aim of this experimentation was to establish a rapid technique system of micropropagation. The shoot tips were used as explants to discuss the effect of growth regulators on inducement , multiplication , rootage and callus and analysed the range of effective factor. Analyzing the results were as follows:1) Explants were sterilized with 0.1%Mercurie chloride and 75% alcohol. The result shows : the better time for shoot tip was about 10 min.2) In this test, from October to December was the best period of picking the explants.3) The best suitable inducibe medium was 1.00 mg·L-16-BA + 0.25 mg·L-1NAA +1.00 mg·L-1GA3.After 30 days culture, the inducement rate could be up to78.5%.4) The best medium state was liquid-solid state, that was the uper layer's component was MS + 1.0 mg·L-16-BA + 0.25 mg·L-1NAA + 1.0 mg·L-1GA3with 5 mm thickness and the under layer's component wasMS + 1.0 mg·L-1 6-BA + 0.25 mg·L-1NAA + 1.0 mg·L-1GA3 with 1cm thickness.5) The best proliferate medium was MS + 4.0 mg·L-16-BA + 0.25 mg·L-1NAA. 6-BA was the effective factor on multiplication.6) The effectsof factors on multiplication of bud was glucose>sucrose>fructose>maltose. There were a very marked differences of glucose with maltose.7) Subculture time effected the multiplication and the growth of test - tube young plants. using 40 days as subculture time.8) For rooting culture, The best medium was MS+1.0 mg·L-1IBA, the average number of rooting was 17.68.the best average length of root was 42.00cm.9) At the beginning of April carries on buildsing up the seedling to transplant, the survival rate may reach 100%.10) The method of controlling contamination in culture was 75% alcohol 1min and 0.1% HgCl2 10min.
