The test pilot study the restrain function of Chinese traditional medicine "LH" to the drug resistance ofβ-lactam of the drug resistance staphylococcus aureus with the way of cultivating test out of body.By way of agar plate cultivating method detecting the rate of the Chinese traditional medicine "LH" to the drug resistance ofβ-lactam of the drug resistance staphylococcus aureus.,and comparing the rate of he drug resistance staphylococcus aureus.To sensitive staphylococcus aureus.,then detecting the results.By way of drug sensitive paper disk method detecting the size of restrain bacteria ring of the drug resistance staphylococcus aureus which was effect byβ-lactam fore-and-afe,at the same time comparing the size of restrain bacteria ring of the drug resistance staphylococcus aureus which was effect byβ-lactam to the size of restrain bacteria ring of the sensitive staphylococcus aureus which was effect byβ-lactam,after analyzing by statistics,then detecting the results.The study expand the resistance gene femA of drug resistance staphylococcus aureus by PCR.Contrasting and analyzing the common relation among different bacterias which were drug resistance staphylococcus aureus N01,sensitive staphylococcus aureus B1,drug resistance staphylococcus aureus D01 and drug resistance staphylococcus aureus 868(Korean bacteria);By the way of inactivating the drug resistance gene femA and PCR,detecting the effect of Chinese traditional medicine "LH" to the drug resistance gene femA of staphylococcus aureus.,pilot discuss the action mechanism of Chinese traditional medicine "LH" reducing the drug resistance of staphylococcus aureus toβ-lactam.Results:the inhibition rate of Chinese traditional medicine "LH" to staphylococcus aureus 868,D01 comparing to the rate of sensitive staphylococcus aureus was not remarkable(p>0.05),the inhibition rate of Chinese traditional medicine "LH" to staphylococcus aureus N01,N02 comparing to the rate of sensitive staphylococcus aureus was remarkable(p<0.05).Results after effecting by Chinese traditional medicine "LH",the size of restrain bacteria ring of the drug resistance staphylococcus aureus which was effected byβ-lactam comparing to the size of restrain bacteria ring of the sensitive staphylococcus aureus which was effected byβ-lactam was not remarkable(p>0.05),the size of restrain bacteria ring of Chinese traditional medicine "LH" to staphylococcus aureus N01,N02 comparing to the rate of sensitive staphylococcus aureus was remarkable(p<0.05) results the homologous of the drug resistance gene femA of drug resistance staphylococcus aureus N01 to AF144461 the drug resistance gene femA of drug resistance staphylococcus aureus in GenBank reached 99%it indicated that the lab succeeded in expanding the drug resistance gene femA of drug resistance staphylococcus aureus.;the homologous of the gene femA of drug resistance staphylococcus aureus.868 and N01 to AF144461 reach 98%.Results the drug resistance gene femA of staphylococcus aureus in the area of 23 to 72 changed largely,which was effected hy Chinese traditional medicine "LH" fore-and-afe, and its opposite amino acid sequence also changed.Conclusion;The Chinese traditional medicine "LH" can reduce effective the drug resistance of staphylococcus aureus toβ-lact,but aineffective about N02; the drug resistance gene femA of staphylococcus aureus 868,D01,N01 in the area of 23 to 72 changed largely,which was effected by Chinese traditional medicine "LH" fore-and-afe,and its opposite amino acid sequence also changed;because of changing its drug resistance femA and making the drug resistance gene inactive, the Chinese traditional medicine "LH" reduced.the action mechanism of the drug resistance of staphylococcus aureus toβ-lactam.
