The study was conducted to screen the microorganism in nature that can decompose cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin .Experiment 1:Differentiating microorganism isolated from soil and sawdust by isolateing and determining the activities of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin diagnose.The result showed that the isolated microorganism were Trichoderma uirde,Aspergillus niger,Iriper lacuts,Clostridium cellulof lavum spnov,Penicillium,Clostridium thermolaticum and white-rot fungus.The toco-enzyme of the microorganisms is significantly different.Due to the enzyme is complex,the enzyme proportion among enzymes is different.Experiment 2:It was designed as analyzable reasoned experiment of seven factors with three level.Factor A is the microorganisms(HL1,HL2,HL3,HL4,HL5,HL6,HL7 and the contrast).Factor B is the fermentation days(5days,10days, 15days ),composing 24 treaments,each treatment has 3 replications of 3 parallel. To study the effect of different fermention days and microorganism on cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin and protein content of four kinds of crop straw (rice straw,corn straw,cornstalk,soybean straw).The result showed that the decomposition on hemicellulose of four kinds of crop straw of Iriper lacuts is significantly higher than other microorganisms (P<0.01),the decomposition on cellulose of four kinds of crop straw of fiber unit cell bacterium is significantly higher than other microorganisms (P<0.01),the decomposition on lignin of four kinds of crop straw of white-rot fungi is significantly higher than other microorganisms (P<0.01), protein content in fermentation fluid produced acidophilia fiber bacterium decompose four kinds of crop straw is higher than other microorganisms (P<0.01),the content of cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin is step down with the time extended,but there is no significant deviation in all time segment.The CP content in fermentation fluid of 10 days is significantly higher than 5 days and 15 days(P<0.01).
