Four relatively independent experiment which are the separation and preparation of the high-efficient bacterial cellulose,the laboratory analysis of the effect of cellulose complex bacteria preparation fermented feed,the effect of cellulose complex bacteria preparation fermented feed to the lamb and to the black-boned chicken with black feather on the performance and nutrients digestion were made to,study the preparation and application of cellulose complex bacteria preparation in the alpine areas.The results are:1.Through the separator screening study of the high-bacterial cellulose enzyme in the alpine areas,we separated SHM-2000 and SHG-2000 which are all high-producing strain in filter paper activity and CMC enzyme activity.We adopted the Berger bacterial verification method to identify the bacteria and the result was that they are all trichoderma.2.The study on the optimal condition of the cellulose complex bacteria preparation indicates that:The optimal temperature of the complex crude bacteria preparation SHM-2000 and SHG-2000 is 50℃;When complex crude bacteria preparation SHM-2000 preserved in 37℃1h,3h,5h,the enzyme activity preserving rate are 90.21%,82.14%,65.00%, respectively.SHG-2000 preserved 1h,3h,5h,the enzyme activity preserving rate are 93.56%,86.50%,69.70%,respectively.The SHM-2000 and SHG-2000 complex crude bacteria preparation preserved in 80℃for 5min,10min,20min,the enzyme activity preserving rate are 94.30%,66.52%,41.67%and 96.10%,71.50%,42.00%,respectively. When these two enzymes preserved for 6 months at room temperature,the enzyme activity preserving rate are all above 90%.If preserved 12 months,the enzyme activity preserving rate are above 80%.3.The cellulase fermented complex bacteria preparation could improve sensory quality of the microbial corn straw(P<0.05),which was secreted by SHM-2000和SHG-2000.4.Fermentation product of the cellulose fermented complex bacteria preparation could improve the content of protein,NFE and Ash in the diet(P<0.05),respectively,and decrease the content of CF(P<0.05).5.Fermentation ration of the cellulose fermented complex bacteria preparation was fed to lambs.The average daily gain of ram lamb was 173.04g,which was improved 31.48%than that of the control group(131.6g),the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).And the average daily gain of ewe lamb was 175,71g,which was improved 28.45%than that of the control group(136.79g),the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).6.The results of effect of fermentation ration of the cellulose fermented complex bacteria preparation supplemented to the ration on the production performance and digestion ratio of Black-bone Silky Fowl were shown that all the average daily intake,the average daily gain and conversion ratio of 0.1%supplement group and 0.1%supplement group were higher than that of control group,but that of 0.3%supplement group was lower than that of control group. And each of the index was highest in the 0.2%supplement group,which improved 3.73%, 5.41%,16.67%in period of 1~14 day,respectively.But the average daily intake,the average daily gain and conversion ratio of the three test group were higher than that of the control group,at the same time,each of the index was highest in the 0.2%supplement group,which improved 9.73%,11.58%,6.81%,respectively.
