The application of pesticides has provided benefits in increasing crop production. Thereby these insecticides may remain in vegetables and fruits that threaten human health. Therefore a rapid convenient accurate and sensitive method is required to determine the crops.A rapid analytical method was studied on the determination of 5 pesticide multi-residues in crops, fruits and vegetables by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography. The sample was cleaned by SCX and C18 SPE cartridges, the pesticide residues were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The influence of different cleaning volumes,SPE columns and extraction solvents of pesticides were discussed in this article, several parameters of HPLC were investigated, such as the type of sorbent, sample loading flow rate and the wavelength of UV detector. The Chromatographic instrumentation working condition for 5 pesticides has been established.5 pesticides were separated in 13 minutes with good linearith ranges from 0.9984 to 0.9997.An analytical method on the determination of 5 pesticide residues in crops by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography has been established. The sample was cleaned by SCX SPE cartridages, the pesticide residues were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The recoveries were 85.2%~96.8%,the detection limits were 0.0014~0.0030 mg/kg,and the RSD≤4.9%.The analysis method for 5 pesticide residues in water and soil using SCX and C18 SPE cartridages coupled with High performance liquid chromatography was primarily investigated. The recoveries ranged from 76.8%to 92.1%and the minimum detection limits were 0.0012 mg/kg~0.0027 mg/kg(soil) and 0.0004μg/mL~0.0012μg/mL(water).An efficient method has been developed for the analysis of different pesticide residues in fruit and vegetables by solid phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography followed by extracted with acetonitrile and clean-up with SCX and C18 SPE columns. Recoveries ranged from 70%~95%,RSD were 1.4%~4.7%.This method has high veracity precision, efficient and sensitive.
