Aeromonas hydrophila(Ah),an important pathagent of aquaculture animaIs,can cause fish bacterial disease.Enteritis,septicemia diseases of eel are caused by AH, which can be acaused a great influence on the benefits of eel aquaculture,and then lead to eel death breakout.Farmer usually take antibiotics to cure diseases of eel caused by AH,but antibiotics using frequently lead to drug residue,quality decreased,and so on,which affected consumer health,also caused import and export technical barriers to trade.Egg-yolk antibody was prepared in our experiment,and the antibody ELISA titer and specific also determined.The result showed that the antibody titer of AH(MOMP,ECPs) and enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli are all up to 1:10280, the antibody have strong specific.Animal challenge test results showed that the survival rate of Kunming mouse feed on egg-yolk antibody is 72.7%,and the control is 27.3%;the survival rate of ell feed on egg-yolk antibody is 727.8%,and the control is only 44.4%.By feeding the egg-yolk antibody with feed,the resistance of Kunming mouse and eel to AH are both Enhanced.The field experiment result showed that the egg-yolk antibody can improve feed conversion rate 2.5-3.1%by adding in feed;during three field experiments the survival rate of ell in Youxi county was not obvious comparing with the control,but survival rate of ell in Fuqing were obvious,is 1.58 times and 1.64 times comparing with the control respectively,survival rate of ell can be Improved by feeding egg-yolk antibody added in feed.Above all,egg-yolk antibody of AH have ability of neutralization AH virulence, and can improve feed conversion rate.The experiment result maybe have practical significance,it provide a new method for developing non-pollution disease prevention additive.
