Soybean straw is rich in our country,but its feed efficiency is lower and the reasearch of its feeding quality is less.The high crude fiber content and lignification degree,low crude protein content are the main limiting factors to widely using for animal feed of mature soybean straw.This study used material of soybean straw,based on the national standard of testing for crude fiber content of feed,researched the testing method of crude fiber content of soybean straw;researched the agronomic and quality traits of the soybean straw,after gradually restraining their genital growth,analyzed correlation of the agronomic and quality traits in RIL populations,and,used the major gene-polygene mixed inheritance model to do genetic segregation analysis of the traits.The results were as follow:1.Take 9 soybean strains for materials,based on the national standard of testing for crude fiber content of feed,compared 3 parameters,obtained the testing method of crude fiber content of soybean straw,the results showed that:the testing method of crude fiber content in soybean straw has the particularity,while uses FOSS fibertecl020,the suitable smash size is 40 mesh,sampling weight of samples needs to adjust to 0.6-0.7g,and the full acid-base thermal extraction time is 60min.2.10 strains were used to test the plant height,stem diameter,crude fiber content and the corresponding crude protein content,after gradually restraining their genital growth. The result shows that after gradually picking-pod to restrain genital growth of soybean at the pod-filling initial stage,the plant height and the stem diameter did not have an obvious tendency to change,the crude fiber content of soybean straw showed a increasing trend, and the crude protein content showed a downward trend,generally.And,after the treatment, the crude fiber content of the straw almost lower than the control,the crude protein content of the straw almost higher than the control.So,to a certain extent,improve the quality of soybean straw feeding.3.Studied the plant height,stem diameter,crude fiber content and crude protein content of the NJRIKY populations,analyzed correlation of the four traits,and,genetic segregation analysis of the four traits were studied using the major gene-polygene mixed inheritance model,the results showed that:the correlation between the four traits were all significant,the correlation between crude fiber content with the plant height and stem diameter were significantly positive,while the correlation between crude protein content with the plant height and crude protein were significantly negative;the four traits were all controlled by two major gene plus polygene with additive effects;the effects of major gene, the heritability of major gene and polygene are different in four traits.
