The premature senility physiology of super hybrid rice combinations was studied with isotope tracer technique and regular technology.Premature senility combinations Yliangyoulhao and PeiliangyouE32 were used as materials for experiments, Liangyoupeijiu is the control combination with nonpremature senility.The conclusions are as follows:1.The chlorophyll contents of Yliangyoulhao and PeiliangyouE32 declined after fully heading stage,and were remarkably lower than Liangyoupeijiu;Photosynthesis rate of three super hybrid rice increased till fully heading stage and then declined,but the photosynthesis rates premature senility combinations was remarkably lower than Liangyoupeijiu,PeiliangyouE32 had the lowest photosynthesis rate;The cond of Peiliangyou E32 was higher than Liangyoupeijiu,after milky stage Liangyoupeijiu had little difference with Yliangyoulhao;The Ci of PeiliangyouE32 was higher than the control combination,and the difference became remarkable after booting stage;Liangyou peijiu had the highest Trmmol.2.Premature senility combinations Yliangyoulhao and PeiliangyouE32 had a unharmonious relationship among "souree,sink,flow",Premature senility combinations had the lowest distribution ability of assimilates into spikes at every stage. Liangyoupeijiu has the strongest distribution ability,Yliangyoulhao goes after it,Peiliangyou E32 is the lowest;Liangyoupeijiu had the strongest trasformation of assimilates,Peiliangyou E32 is the lowest.3.Among the three super hybrid rice,premature senility combinations have the lower dry substance yield ability,the worer distribution ability of dry substance,and the lower absorbency of nitrogen nutrient.While Liangyoupeijiu perfected better than the premature senility comparisons.4.Compared with Liangyoupeijiu,premature senility combinations had the lowest contents of IAA,Z and ZR,and the highest contents of ABA in spikes and leaves.The contents of IAA in flag leaves and spikes was lower than Liangyoupeijiu,and was remarkly lower than Liangyoupeijiu after milky stage;The ABA contents in leaves ascended slowly as the stages going on,but Peiliagyou E32 ascended rapidly after milky stage.The ABA contents in spike of premature senility combinations were much higher than Liangyoupeijiu after waxy stage;The contents of Z and ZR in leaves and spikes declined as the stage going on,the content of Z and ZR in premature senility combinations were higher than the control combination.
