Totally 366 descendant individuals derived from a complex population consisted of 7 Large White boars,33 Large White sows,5 Landrance boars,15 Landrace sows,4 Song Hei boars and 15 Song Hei sows were selected for blood sample at 35 days of age.The blood samples were tested for 18 immunity Waits. The optimum PCR condition for 13 microsatellite markers were selected and the genotypes of all markers were recorded. In addition, the Least square analysis and Linear model were conducted for the interval mapping of QTL and the permutation for empirical threshold values. The results were as follows: 1.Most of the markers in this population were the genetic markers of medium polymorphism. On average, number of alleles for the 3 breeds was 3.1754,heterozygosity was 0.5212,and polymorphic information content was 0.5999,Shannon index was 1.3222 respectively. As regard to molecular markers, the information would meet the needs of the construction of genetic linkage map and the genome scanning of quantitative trait loci.2.The genetic linkage maps of chromosome 10 in resource family were constructed using CRIMAP software. The lengths of the chromosome was 314.2cM.It was a litter longer than USDA-MARC maps, because of the distance among markers was longer, while the order of all markers was highly correspondence to USDA-MARC maps.3.HCT,HGB,MCH and RDW were influenced by 4 QTLs at chromosome-wise significant level(p<0.01),MCV was influenced by 1 QTL at chromosome-wise significant level(p<0.05).These QTLs were found to be located at 97cM -98cM and 127cM-128cM,The markers close by were PIP5K2,SW951,SY30 and SW2067.The location of the Waits mentioned above were in certain order, the loci for related traits were mostly located at adjacent area. That implies there could be pleiotropic effects on different traits or gene interaction between different QTLs.
