Species Identification And Initial Study Of Nervous System On The Trematode Of Subclass Aspidogastrea In Anodonta From The Basin Of Nenjiang River

The present article deals with the infectional condition of subclass Aspidogastrea in the Anodonta from the basin of Nenjiang River. According to observation and study of main structures of the trematode of subclass Aspidogastrea in the Anodonta, we identificate the species of the trematode of subclass Aspidogastrea. At the same time we studied nerve fiber of the trematode of subclass Aspidogastrea.The author observed and described main structures of adult and larvo subclass Aspidogastrea in the Anodonta by squash-staining. The author also observed and studied reproductive system, digestive system and excretory system of adult and larvo subclass Aspidogastrea in the Anodonta by histological section. The arrangement mode and numbers of ventral sucker of the trematode were observed clearly with scanning electron microscope(SEM). The author observed and studied preliminarily nerve fiber of the trematode by frozen section and Cajal silver staining.1 .It was the first time that we discovered subclass Aspidogastrea in the Anodonta from the basin of Nenjiang River.2. The result of the survey on the infectional condition of subclass Aspidogastrea in the Anodonta indicated that the infection rate of the trematode in the Anodonta was high. Among 161 Anodonta, 114 Anodonta were infected by Aspidogastridae, and we discovered 798 fluke. Infection intensity index of infecting Aspidogastridae was 4.96, the number of positive Anodonta was 70.81 percent of all Anodonta.3. There is a species of trematode including adult and larva in Anodonta. According to identification, the trematode of subclass Aspidogastrea was Aspidogaster Baer, 1827, Aspidogaster conchicola Baer, 1827 of Aspidogastridae Poche, 1907 of Subclass Aspidogastrea.4. Preliminary observation of nerve fiber of the trematode indicated that we could observe network structure??n?? fiber of the trematode by silver staining.
