Canger suⅢ- 1 is the antifungal activity material which was extracted from Xanthium sibiricum. It has a strong antifungal effect on Botrytis cinerea Pers., Fusarium oxysporium Schl., Cladosporium cucumerinum Ell. et Arthur, Alternaric solani and Ellis et Martin)Jones et Grout. The antifungal components were separated from Canger suⅢ– 1. After purification and identification,we obtained active material chemistry structural formula in Canger suⅢ-1. Through the filtrations of preparation and assistant to identify the best fill, dispersant, wetting agents and the best ratio of additives,then we processed 25% Canger suⅢ-1 WP and evaluated the quality and indoor effection. The results were as following:1. Through column chromatography , tabular chromatography and biometrics on Fusarium oxysporium Schl.We selected the flows which had high-activity matter.According to the results of Canger suⅢ- 1 antibacterial activity at the higher flow from TLC, Canger suⅢ- 1's high flow of 5 and 10 antibacterial component were analysed with GC-MS, Main antibacterial components are 2-Furancarboxaldehyde,5-Hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde,Diacetone alcohol Etc.2.Through the antifungal activity tests of 2-Furancarboxaldehyde,5-Hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde on Cladosporium cucumerinum Ell.and Alternaric solani. The results showed that Canger suⅢ-1 had the highest toxicity effect on the hypha growth of Cladosporium cucumerinum Ell.and Alternaric solani , Its EC50 respectively is 0.00052mg/mL and 0.0104mg/mL, The results suggested that 2-Furancarboxaldehyde,5-Hydroxymethyl-2-furaldehyde and Diacetone alcohol, the inhibition rate were up to 90%, Canger suⅢ-1 inhibition rate were up to 98%, The antifungal function is mainly by the antifungal material from Canger suⅢ-1 not is the resolver.3. Through the researches on the formulation of Canger suⅢ-1 to filtrate and identify the type of formula and the best ratio of additives. Formulation of 25% Canger suⅢ-1 WP was Silica 63%,MF10% and ABS2.0%.4. Through the quality evaluation of 25% Canger suⅢ-1 WP's targets.The results showed that all targets achieve the national standard: pH value is 8.59; the moist time is 45s; suspension rate is 83.8%; fineness is 99.2%( through 325 sieves); the foaming is 8mL,and iafter hot storage and cold storage,it didn't become agglomeration,sticky and can flow free.5.The concentration of 25% Canger suⅢ-1 WP's maximum antifungal effect on Alternaric solani and Cladosporium cucumerinum is 5 mg / mL and each is 65.22% and 70.20%.he protective effect and treatment effect of 25% Canger suⅢ-1WP in 100 times on Botrytis cinerea Pers is 54.08%and 55.09 %. the protective function and the therapeutic action were in turn to reduce in 200,400,800 times but higher than the comparison acetone in the control efficiency.
