Humus acid is a complicated organic distributed widely on earth and used in many field. In China,it was applied to improve yield of crop by fertilizing turf.The related research and utilization was developed abroadly as the humus acid fertilizer and popularized in 1974. Humus acid was refined from efflorescent coal or fermented liquors of fertilizer mixture for farming in China,named as MFA and FFA in 1980 and 1990 respectively.FFA had less molecular weight,more functional group and more activity than MFA.It was used as plant growth regulator or dought-resistant chemical and also to produce special fertilizer for crop by chelated plant nuitrition elemet.The raw material mainly was discard organics such as wood chips,bran of crop,stems and these materials can be fermented to make FFA in all area because it was not impeded by mineral resource.The investment for producing FFA was fewer,and the period was shorter.There was no waste discharged such as wasted water or gas in FFA producing process.The technics was easy to popularize.The main results are as follows1.Nutrition of N,P and K added in ferment material was 2.5%,and water was two time of the material in weight to start fermentation.Fermented material were taken out after 30-40 days,added water inl:2(water:material),adjusted pH to 9-10 with NaOH.The fermented fluid was acquired by squeezing and sucking filter and then humus acid with alkali extracted after 4 hours standing.The fluid again were got centrifugalization after added acid or filitered and FFA was obtained after discarding the residue2.Content of N in mixture ratio of material used to ferment was increased and water was added properly,the air conditions in fermentation process was adjusted and controled by making fermented material loose in prophase and close during later period to increase the output of the humus acids.3.The formula for FFA chelated fertilizer was optimized by selecting the material to be mixed according to the characteristics of vairous crops,and then tested in field for each crop with better social and economic utility.An original technolgy of the fertilizer chelated with humus acid was achieved on the most favorable conditions(pH,temperature,ratio of fermented materials) and desirable process.4.The technics and methods to prolong the period of validity for the product were confirmed.5.The concentration for applying of FFA chelated fertilizer was 500-600 diluted with water.Application of the product and technics can obviously improve the productivity of crops for former,dcrease the cost of agriculture prodution and environmental pollution,obtain remarkable economic effectiveness and ecological benefit.
