3S Technique Applied In The Ecological Environment Monitor And Appraisal

We need wide range and real-time monitor ecological environment data for the ecological environment monitor and appraisal is long term timeless and all-around, and the data must be accurate. We also need to deal with this data effectively and fleetly. Traditional method for ecological environment monitor is small scope, bad current situation and information insufficiency. Using"3S"technical may overcome these shortcomings. The appraises of various essential factors to the ecological environment quality will be synthesis, dynamic and real-time. The spatial information and the attribute information can be analyzed integrative. All of these can enhance the ecological environment quality monitor and the appraisal precision.This article takes the ecological environment monitor and appraisal project of Shaanxi Province in 2006 as a backing, and refers to the predecessor's theory and practice about applying the"3S"technology in the remote sensing monitor, and integrates each technical method of the project to summarize a set of technical flow which is suitable in the large and middle scale region remote sensing ecological environment monitor and appraisal. This technical flow is a good instruction for the project of Shaanxi Province. And it can be consulted by the similar region.This article also proposes some improvement plan for the insufficiencies of the technical flow which can be find out in project implementation process. The plan is major for the method of wave band synthetic. In the plan we use several kind of different models for the best wave band choice to determine a suitable wave band synthetic method for the studied region. This is used to consummated the remote sensing ecological environment monitor and appraisal method.
