Based on currently available biotechnology research of mycorrhizal synthesis, culture substrate and method of mycorrhizal synthesis were innovated and improve.The mycorrhizal synthesis substrate with sepiolite mineral was divided into two levels.Base on study on culture ectomycorrhizae formed by different host seedling and Boletus edulis under aseptic condition and semi-open condition,it was achieve new breakthroughs and result of ectomycorrhizas formed by Boletus edulis and Pinus massoniana lamb.Results and progress were obtained as listed below:1 The Boletus edulis mycorrhiza seedlings with Pinus massoniana lamb.and Quercus sp.have been breeded by in vitro and half-asepsis,whose ectomycorrhizae were described more systematically.2 Base on comprehensive analysis of our research,culture substrate with sepiolite mineral was more beneficial to growth and forming ectomycorrhizas of Boletus edulis than which with combined inorganic mineral.3 The effect of all culture conditions on mycorrhizal synthesis was tested and analyzed comprehensive.Culture substrate close to natural soil structure with two layers is excelled to ectomycorrhizas of Boletus edulis than one layer with peat and vermiculite substrate.4 A technique system ectomycorrhiza synthesis and identification that was used to product ectotrophic mycorrhiza edible fungi was formed.
