Rape is Brassica of Cruclferae,which is one of main widespread painted oil crop in the world,and is an important source to the vegetable oil and meal protein and industry material.but Sclerotinia sclerotiorum has impacts on the production of rape seriously,it is know as cancer in the production of rape.Theres are 98c40 and near-isogenic line of 98c40×M004,xiangyou15 and near-isogenic line of 98c40×xiangyoul 5 in this research.The precipitation method of TCA-aceton is used extract the full-protein of these near-isogenic of rape leaves samples,though technical platform of Bio-Rad large scale two-dimensional electroporesis systerm,the rape leaves full-protein high-resolution and high-repetitive two-dimensionale lectrophoresis technology system is established.At last the clear 2-DE protein maps of the rape leaves are obtained.15 protein spots are found in 98c40 and near-isogenic line of 98c40×M004,though PDquest software analyse the 2-DE maps.14 protein spots show only in the 98c40,don't show in the near-isogenic line of 98c40×M004.1 protein spot show only in the near-isogenic line of 98c40×M004,don't show in the 98c40.Expression of differences in more than five times have 10 spots in them.7 protein spots are found in 98c40 and near-isogenic line of 98c40×xiangyou15,6 protein spots show only in the 98c40,don't show in the near-isogenic line of 98c40×xiangyou 15,1 protein spot shows only in the near-isogenic line of 98c40×xiangyou15,don't show in the 98c40.Expression of differences in more than five times have 7 spots in them.In these different spots,14 protein spots are identified by HCT mass,and gained the protein names.Then explore these proteins which have effect on resistant Sclerotinia Sclerotiorum and provide the guidance to breeding of resistant Sclerotinia Sclerotiorum though genetic engineering.
