Effects Of Conservation Tillage On Soil Nutrient In Red Soil Youth Tea Garden

In order to search for the fertilizer applying pattern of sustainable development in tea garden,this experiment studied the changes of soil natrients,quality of soil microbes, soil enzyme activity of the red soil,the dynamic changes of soil mircroorganism biomass C,N,P and the correlations among each other in Changsha,Hunan,under differentation conservation tillage(Purely tillage with different fertizer,straw cover with different fertilizer,three leaf grasses of intercropping with different fertilizer).The main results were as following:(1)Under conservation tillage,the amount of organic matter,soil total N,soil total K,Alkali-hydrolysable N,Alkali-hydrolysable K,It is obvious that conservation tillage can enhance the soil organic matter,the N nutrienrt and K nutrienrt.Soil total P of treatments QY,DW,SW,SY were low than CK.The depress range attained to 7.94~19.05%.Effective P of treatments QY,DW,SW,DY were higher than CK.Applying organic fertilizer can increase the soil available P.But the soil which have enough soil total P may not have enough effective P to supply the plants growth.(2) Under conservation tillage,the constitues of the three microbes groups had consistency in principle,the numbers of bacteria increased notably,actinomycetes increased after and the extent of fungi numbers varied tiny.(3) Under conservation tillage,the monthly dynamics of SMB-C,SMB-N,SMB-P all showed to be higher in summer and lower in winter.SMB-C,SMB-N,SMB-P of various treatments were higher than CK obviously.The treament organic with intercropping three-leaf grass had the best effect of increasing SMB-C,SMB-N,SMB-P, it is show that this treament could enhance the activity of soil microbes and SMB-C, SMB-N,SMB-P.(4) The conservation tillage can significantly improve the activity of soil enzyme.The results obtained by the correlation,path and principal component analysis showed that positive correlation was found among the urease,phosphatase,catalas,sucrase and soil total N,soil organic,Alkali-hydrolysable N;The positive correlation was also found among activities of hydrogen peroxides and soil total N,soil organic and Alkali-hydrolysable N;The urease,phosphatase,catatas,and activities of hydrogen peroxides had significantly or very significantly correlation with SMB-C and SMB-N,the good correlation was found among catalas and SMB-C,SMB-N,SMB-P too.
