The using of antibiotics as feed addition has led to a lot of problems, the development of green feed additives feed addition has become an inevitable trend. DL-methionine and liquid MHA are essential amino acids for poultry in the dietand can be used as prebiotics to promote poultry growth,DL-MHA itself is a strong organic acids as well, can be added to the feed of play acidifier role. Lactic acid bacteria spores have a very strong resistance as probiotics ,can arrive add animal intestine and colonization more easily, so the effect should be better. Generally considering the above points,we gradient added the DL-methionine and DL-MHA to the feed of cramming period ducks, examining its impact on the growth of the ducks; pick a Bacillus coagulan preserved in the laboratory and test the acid-resistant, heat-resistant and salt-resistant characters of its cell and sproes and desided which is more suitable as a probiotic that added to animal feed, while the conditions of this Bacillus coagulan spores production were optimized in order to facilitate the mass production of spores; Finally, added to Bacillus coagulan spores and Bacillus coagulan spores DL-MHA synbiotics to the feed of broilers, compared with the other group to study its impact on the broiler growth, to identify its ability as green feed addition to reduce or replace the use of antibiotics.The results of duck intestinal lactic acid bacteria count,and the effect of methionine to the growth of lactic acid bacteria in vitro showed that the addition of methionine can make the promotion on the growth of intestinal lactic acid bacteria of ducks, the cultivation of in vitro test results show that methionine also play a role in promoting lactic acid bacteria growth in a certain extent. The results on one hand, explained adding methionine enhanced the production of ducks, on the other hand, provided a theoretical foundation of lactic acid bacteria spores- methionine synbiotics application for future.The results of adding methionine to the duck feed test experiment show that the two types of methionine may be more significant reduction in feed conversion ratio and also play a significant role in promoting the growth of duck intestinal lactic acid bacteria. At the same time, enhance the rate of meat However, the addition of methionine did not cause too much burden on the liver, GOT, GPT values changed little. This fully shows that methionine can be used as green feed additions, not only can used as a poultry essential amino acids that must be absorbed, but also to improve the intestinal microbial environment, and can play some extent role as antibiotics, can be applied in actual production.The results of the experiment on the ability of acid-resistant, heat-resistant and salt-resistant of lactic acid bacteria cell and its spores, showed that the abilitys of acid-resistant,heat-resistant and salt-resistant of lactic acid bacteria cell were very bad. lactic acid bacteria spores had very good abilitys of acid-resistant , heat-resistant and salt-resistant,whitch can resist a variety of extreme environments . can be used as feed additives of its excellent properties, but also laid a theoretical basis on using as feed addition added to animal feed.Spores were a kind of resisting hypopus formed during the growing process, not an integral part of life, and its formation is effected by the nutrients and environmental factors. The study focused on two aspects,on the one hand, the culture conditions including the inoculum size, culture time, initial pH value,these three single factors and also orthogonal test; on the other hand, the concentration of medium components for the orthogonal test. The ultimately identified the best shake-flask culture conditions: medium composition (mass fraction): 2% peptone, glucose 0.2% , yeast powder0.3%, 5% wheat bran; medium initial pH7.0, inoculum amount 2%, 3 days of culture time. The end, the sporulation rate reached 94.3% The optimizing of Bacillus coagulan T50 spores production conditions is helpful to mass production of spores, and also laid a good foundation of making micro-organisms preparations.By adding lactic acid bacteria spores and lactic acid bacteria spores DL-MHA synbiotics in the late broilers (4-6 weeks) low-methionine feed in a certain proportion to sudy the their effect of the growth of broilers and the number of lactic acid bacteria in vivo. The results shows that bacteria spores can reduce the feed conversion ratio,and promote the growth of broiler intestinal lactic acid bacteria,with liquid MHA-FA added together the effect is more pronounced. Therefore lactic acid bacteria spores and liquid methionine can be used as compound broiler feed additions to reduce the use of antibiotics, had application values in the actual production.
