The Effect Of Celangu Lin On Aedes Albopictus Larvae

OBJECTIVETo study the toxicity;protein content,esterase activity;anti-feeding effect;blood cell DNA injury;histomorphological change of intestine and growth effect of Aedes albopictus larvae by celangu lin.And investigate the effect mechanism of celangu lin to Aedes albopictus larvaeMETHODS1.To detect the toxicity of celangu lin and the effect of the growth to Aedes albopictus larvae.2.To observe the histomorphological change of stomach intestine of Aedes albopictus larvae by light microscope.3.To detect the blood cell DNA injury by single cell gel electrophoresis method.4.To detect the protein content and esterase activity of Aedes albopictus 4^th larvae by biochemistry method.5.To detect the anti- feeding effect of celangu lin to Aedes albopictus 4^th larvae by chromic oxide colorimetric method.RESULTS1.The bigger the concentration of celangu lin were,the more effective toxicity to Aedes albopictus larvae were;median lethal concentration(LC₅₀) to Aedes albopictus 4^th larvae was 22.66(18.38—27.95)mg/l;percent 95 lethal concentration(LC₉₅) to Aedes albopictus 4^th larvae was 84.51(60.87—142.27) mg/l.2.Celangu lin could reduce the pupation and prolong the average time of pupation and emergence,but couldn't reduce emergence.3.The protein contents of Aedes albopictus 4^th larvae were raised and esterase activity of Aedes albopictus 4^th larvae were decreased after treated by celangu lin.4.Under the use of celangu lin,the bigger the concentration of celangu lin were, the more anti- feeding effect of celangu lin to Aedes albopictus 4^th larvae were.5.Injury of blood cell DNA of Aedes albopictus 4^th larvae were discovered after treated by celangu lin.6.Histomorphological change of stomach intestine were discovered by celangu lin.CONCLUSION1.Celangu lin could high effectively kill Aedes albopictus larvae and inhibit its growth.2.Celangu lin could kill Aedes albopictus larvae by many methods such as stomach toxicity,apositia and homicidal contact.3.Esterase activity of Aedes albopictus 4^th larvae were decreased and injury of blood cell DNA of Aedes albopictus 4^th larvae were detected after treated by celangu lin.
