This paper has research field where is in West Liao River Basin, through analyzing of the field sampling and laboratory testing on soil of agroecosystem, having studyed the effects of different factors on soil carbon dioxide emission flux, revealing the law of farmland soil carbon dioxide emission, speeding up recoverying of farmland soil fertility and constructing of sustainable agricultural ecological environment, matching suitable cropping pattern cultivation measures, in order to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance of optimization regulation approach about soil carbon cycle of farmland ecosystem. The main conclusions are as follows:1,Regularity of Seasonal Variation presented a single peak curve which has effect of different factors on soil carbon dioxide emission flux in West Liao River Basin, and peak present in July, also, diurnal variation characteristics presentes a single peak curve, and peak presentes at fourteen o'clock about, and the lowest point is at 0-2 o'clock. There is Remarkable correlational dependence(p<0.01) between temperature and soil carbon dioxide emission flux, and the temperature is a most susceptibility factor, also, soil water content is secondary.2,there was significant difference (P<0.05) from soil carbon dioxide emission flux among different fertilizing methods, and ranked in order of organic fertilizer> mixing organic fertilizer and fertilizer>fertilizer>no fertilizer, both applying organic fertilizer and mixing organic fertilizer and fertilizer have remarkable effects of increasing soil nutrient and soil microbial quantity and soil carbon dioxide emission flux(P<0.05).3,there was significant difference (P<0.05) from soil carbon dioxide emission flux among different vegetation, also, the average ranked in order of sudan-grass >maize>alfalfa>bareland, and soil microbial quantity size relation are: sudan-grass>alfalfa>bare land >maize, and there was significant difference (P<0.01) from plant fresh grass yield among different vegetation.4,non-tillage is not only more beneficial to increase the number of soil bacteria ,soil actinomycetes and soil fungi under different tillage methods, but also to decrease significantly(p<0.01)soil carbon dioxide emission flux, and maize grain yield size relation are: non-tillage> ridge tillage, but non-tillage is not only more beneficial to increase fertilizer efficient utilization but also improve maize grain yield.5,there is more higher soil carbon dioxide emission flux and soil water content in forest land than in grassland, also,There are remarkable positive correlational dependence(p<0.01) between surface temperature and each layer soil temperature with soil carbon dioxide emission flux, and there is remarkable positive correlational relationship bettween soil water content of each layer soil and soil carbon dioxide emission flux.
