Using Kexin1,04-1Strain and Shepody as experimental materials, Using potted plant and stadied the physiological-biochemical characteristic in different growth stages under water stress, The results show:1 The injury of water stress during seedling stage to Kexin1 was the relative water content and the protein in potato decreased, and relative electric conductivity increased. But the injury of water stress during seedling stage to 04-1Strain was the relative water content decreased, the relative electric conductivity increased and the content of MDA increased significantly. The praline content and soluble sugar content in potato increased significantly with the increase of water stress time; But proline is the most important osmotic adjustment substance with Kexin1;04-1 Strain and Shepody′osmotic adjustment substance is proline and soluble sugar; The activity of SOD of Kexin1 increased under water stress, The activity of SOD of Shepody decreased with water stress; The activity of POD of Kexin1 is higher then 04-1Strain and Shepody.2 The injury of water stress during tuber initiation stage to Kexin1 and 04-1Strain was the relative water content and the protein in potato decreased, and relative electric conductivity increased.and the content of MDA increased significantly.;But the content of MDA of Shepody changed stablly under water stress, soluble sugar is the most important osmotic adjustment substance of Kexin1, The proline content is the most important osmotic adjustment substance of 04-1Strain and Shepody; The activity of SOD of three Varieties was decreased under water stress; The activity of POD of Kexin1 increased under water stress, The activity of POD of Shepody decreased with water stress;...
