This test isolate and culture the Immune Mechanism of Rat Itestinal Mucosa Microvascullar Endothelial Cells(RIMMVECs) successfully in vitro, in order to study the effection of IFN-γto RIMMVECs'immune mechanism, stimulating the cells with different concentration IFN-γ,using flow cytometry to test the expression of ICAM-1 which is an important immune-related factor, while testing the quantity of IFN-γR which express on the cells'surface; Using the ELISA kit to test the expressing of IFN-α/βin cell culture supernatant. Results: RIMMVECs express IFN-γR fundamentally, the expressing of ICAM-1 increased greatly in both different concentration group at 6h, IFN-γdid a little effection to the expression of IFN-α/β. Conclusion: The combination of IFN-γand IFN-γR could accelerate the excretion function of RIMMVECs, up-regulation the expessiong of ICAM-1, IFN-γcould participat the RIMMVECs'immunoreaction and inflammatory reaction while play an important role on correspondent regulation.
