Soil salinization is a type of grassland degradation and grassland of soil salinization in Inner Mongolia has accounted for 5% of total grassland area. So, harnessing grassland of soil salinization and recovering vegetation is one of important content in protecting and rationalization using grassland. So using mycorrhizal forage to improve salinization and recover ecological system has been risen wide attention in recent years. But owing to choice of soil, species of enterobacteriaceae and grasses each other, enterobacteriaceae effects was different. The paper based on Leymus chinensis and Echinochloa frumentaceae were inoculated by Glomus mosseae, Glomus etunicatum and Glomus tortuosum to study effect arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi on nutrient uptake, osmoregulation substance, growth developing of grasses, for considerable efforts have been made to the technology of AM fungi with Alkali-hardiness grasses . The results show that there existed positive effects on three species of AM fungi on nutrient uptake, osmoregulation substance, growth developing of grasses in pH7.0 and pH8.6.The main results were as follows:1. Under the conditions of pH7.0 and pH8.6, the good symbiosis was formed between three kinds of AM fungi and grasses. In pH7.0,Glomus etunicatum had the significant promotive effect on L.chinensis; Glomus tortuosum had the significant promotive effect on E.frumentacea; Glomus etunicatum had the significant promotive effect on biomass of L. chinensis; Glomus tortuosum had the significant promotive effect on increment of biomass.2. Under the conditions of pH7.0 and pH8.6, three species of enterobacteriaceae promoted of improvement N, P content of grasses. Glomus etunicatum had best additional inhibition to N content of different grasses in pH8.6. The effect of Glomus mosseae and Glomus tortuosum inoculation with L.chinensis was the best on absorption of P and the effect of Glomus mosseae inoculation with E. frumentacea was the best on absorption of P.3. Under the conditions of pH7.0 and pH8.6, three species of bacteria promoted of increased salt resistance; The effect of Glomus mosseae inoculation with L.chinensis was the best on Na content and soluble sugar content under the conditions of pH7.0, the effect of Glomus mosseae inoculation with E. frumentacea was the best on Na content under the conditions of pH8.6, the effect of Glomus tortuosum inoculation with E. frumentacea was the best on soluble sugar content under the conditions of pH7.0.4. In pH 8.6, Glomus etunicatum had the strongest dependence on L.chinensis; In pH7.0, Glomus tortuosum had the strongest dependence on E. frumentacea.5. In pH 8.6, Glomus etunicatum had the highest total contribution ratio to L.chinensis; Under the conditions of pH7.0 and pH8.6, Glomus mosseae and Glomus tortuosum had the highest total contribution ratio to E. frumentacea.
