Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr. was the main tree planted with purpose managed by SaiHanba. It was most important for protecting riverhead, keeping natural environment, forming and maintaining ecosystem of forests areas. The research were reviewed on the basis of broad reference both in home and abroad. In order to supply theoretical basis for the generalization and management of Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr, the effects of meterological factors on the growth quantity of Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr. were studied by step-by-step regression based on the data of 8 analytical stem and meterological data of the fastest 30 years in SaiHanba Area. In this study, Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr was used as the objectvie in this area. The main results were as follows:(1)Factors of the diameter increment are as follows: The mean evaporation and the annual precipitation from November last year to Januuary some year. There is a negative correlation between the mean evaporation and the diameter increment and a positive correlation between the annual precipitation and the diameter increment.(2) Factors of the height increment of Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr are as follows: The annual mean temperature and the mean evaporation from November last year to Januuary some year.Both have negative correlations.(3) Factors of the volume increment of Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr are as follows: the annual precipitation and the precipitation from June to August in last year and all showsa pssitive correlation.(4) The order of factors of the climatic factors on the increment of Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr according to the degree of influence is as follows: the mean evaporation from November last year to Januuary some year,the annual precipitation,the annual mean temperature,the precipitation from June to August in last year,the mean ground temperature from November last year to Januuary some year,the effective accumulated temperature of≥10℃from April to June,the annual sunshine hours,the annual evaporation,the annual evaporation from april to october,the ground temperature from March to April.There were two innorate points.First, according to the flaws existing in former treering growth determinations, this paper measured the dbh and annual ring of Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr. year by year,to a great extent decreased the errors, established the simulation model of dbh,tree height and the growth process of timber volume,simulated the growth process,disclose the objective laws of growth process and their correlation;Another point, This paper studied systematically that the quantitative relation between climatic factors and the growth of Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr by step-by-step regression, thus for the scientific management and the continuable development of the forest resources provide the theories according to. The fixed quantity research of the effect of climatic factors on Larix principis-rupprechtii Mayr was not reported deomestic.
