| The soybean is one kind of good plant protein resources, but also includes some kinds of antinutritional factors. These antinutritional factors have adverse impact on the process of animals digesting, imbibing and utilizing the feed, at the same time, the nutritional value and the use of effects of soybeans also be reduced. When the content of antinutritional factors exceed the tolerance range of animals, animal's health and the performance trait will be affected. In the near years, the mainly researched antinutritional factors are Urea-amidohydrolase and soybean trypsin inhibitor, which content are high in soybean. And these two kinds of antinutritional factors have more harm to the soybean's nutritional value , palatability and animal and human's health.The measurement which be used to mensurate the activity of Urea-amidohydrolase and soybean trypsin inhibitor in soybean (the measurements of Urea-amidohydrolase are pH increment analytical method, GB titrimetric analysis and spectrophotometric method, the measurement of soybean trypsin inhibitor are spectrophotometric method and Urea-amidohydrolase substitution method) are compared in this thesis. Through using the above different experimental methods to mensurate the same kind of material parallelly, then nailling down the numerical value relations between these ditterent measurements. Use Microsoft Excel software to carry on the data processing, use Excel VBA to design the user form, and then Conveniently and intuitively accomplish the numerical value substitution between these ditterent measurements results. By this way, to use the simple measurement to mensurate, we can extrapolate the result of the complicated measurement. Thus resolved the question of that, the different measurements results units are not unification, and through using the simple ones to replace the complex ones, we can let the test work in the production process become simpler and accurater, also could save time and costs, speed up the mensuration speed, be more suitable for batch testing, advance production efficiency.
