Aquilegia oxysepala in Ranunculaceae Aquilegia is a wild flower, which has vagarious flower type and beautiful colour, having high ornamental value and economic value, Systematically grasping ontogenetic rhythm and drought resistance of Aquilegia oxysepala can provides the scientific theory basis for the planting, crossbreeding and garden application,is helpful for garden application in Harbin and the northern area, increasing floristic for the city, also to build a foundation for the further protecting and using wild flowers.Through the research on ontogenetic rhythm of Aquilegia oxysepala obtains the essential data of seed biology, the vegetative growth, flowering burly biology and plant disease and so on,and having preliminary research on drought resistance of Aquilegia oxysepala. The main result is as follows:The seed of Aquilegia oxysepala is tiny, assuming slender and obovate, seed capsule is hard and compact, atramentous and glossy, water permeability is bad;the weight of a thousand seeds is 0.884g,the optimum germination temperature is 15℃~25℃,the seed in the sacrificial ripe has the highest germination rate(72.6%),the seed's germinating time is long, budding is irregular, soaking seeds to the dehiscence can raise the seedling percent and the emerging time. The seedling type of Aquilegia oxysepala is seed leaf unearthed, one year seedling only carries on the vegetative growth, the height of seedling is about 20cm,the crown width is from 15 to 22cm,five basal phyllomes live,at the end of March the perennial Aquilegia oxysepala starts to turn green,in the late April the seedling pulls out stem bud when the height is about 20cm,and go to reproductive growth from vegetative growth gradually, the seedling height follows the rhythm of slow-fast-slow.In mid-May Aquilegia oxysepala enters the flowering season, the funnel corolla slightly sagging, the petal is yellow, the calyx is purple, the spur is purple and the rear part necked in and alternate with sepal, having nectar in the tail which is the midheaven tube structure, flower diameter is about 1.8cm,the single flower opens about seven days, the overall flowering season continues about one month;Aquilegia oxysepala is bisexual flower, mainly depends on insect intermediary cross-pollination,but simultaneously has the inbred pollinated function, when does not have the cross-pollination may realize the inbred line to pollinate;the fruit of Aquilegia oxysepala is follicle, mature fruit dehisces five petals, and grows out of five discrete carpel pistil, each fruit contains 95.2 seeds averagely.Aquilegia oxysepala grows on half-shadow environment, grows under the entire light for a long time will be heated diseased, seriously may cause it dead;Aquilegia oxysepala may have powdery mildew under the high temperature and humidity and bad air negotiability environment, and can disseminates on the health plant through air current, water and soil medium and so on;a little of them suffer Lyguslu corum and Halyomorpha picus damaged, mainly injury body is burgeon, tender leaf and fruit, insect pest occurs from April to June, the sick plants grow normally in the second year after cured, not find the insect pest again.Aquilegia oxysepala under drought force forty-five days, the entire leaf blade wilting lose ornamental value, most of wilting leaf could restore normally after watering, the entire ornamental could restore basically, under drought force, the leaf blade water content reduced, the proline content hoist, the cytoplasm membrane penetrability increased, the physiological index has immense change, the physiological index could restore basically after watering. Aquilegia oxysepala has strong drought resisting ability, could adapt to the arid few water habitat in the city.
