Under the lab condition(25℃,RH=60%),there were mainly two aspects were studied in this paper.One is that the transfer, decomposition,accumulation and concentration of Cry1Ab protein in the transgenic Bt rice through food chain from the pest(Cnaphalocrocis medinalis) to its predacity natural enemy(Pirata subpiraticus).The other one is that Cry1Ab protein's effect on the health of two creations,We can detect the mainly results as follows:1,The results showed Cry1Ab protein can be transferred to the secondary consumer Pirata subpiraticus through food chain(Bt rice-Cnaphalocrocis medinalis-Pirata subpiraticus).In the transfer process, Cry1Ab protein's concentration presents decreasing step by step as follows:Bt rice leaves(104655 ng/g) to Cnaphalocrocis medinalis larvae(3618 ng/g) to Pirata subpiraticus(1123 ng/g) finally.However, there exist accumulation effect,e.g.Cnaphalocroeis medinalis larvae 84.2 ng per one and Pirata subpiraticus 216.5 ng per one.2,It also presents that Cry1Ab protein in Cnaphalocrocis medinalis larvae excretes with dejecta.While that in Pirata subpiraticus is mainly decomposed by midgut enzyme and the rest excretes with dejecta.3,After 36h' feeding with Bt rice,the Cnaphalocrocis medinalis larvae were transferred to Ck to be fed for 12,24 and 36 h respectively.The result shows that the content of Cry1 Ab protein in their bodies descends quickly and presents 11.5%,1.5%and 0.14%of transferring.4,The survival rate of the Cnaphalocrocis medinalis larvae which had been fed with Bt rice for 12,24 and 36 h is above 74%on average;for 48 h is 16%;and for 60h is only 5%.What's more,after 60 h's feeding, almost all the larvae were killed by Cry1Ab protein.But when the survival ones changed to adults,Cry1Ab protein can not detected nearly in their bodies.5,After Pirata subpiraticus eating those Cnaphalocrocis medinalis larvae(with Bt rice),the content of Cry1Ab protein in Pirata subpiraticus is higher than that in relative larvae which presents accumulation effect. When stopped preying,the decomposition speed for Cry1Ab protein in their bodies is very quickly and the content after 10 h is only 3.3%of stopping preying.6,The experiment indicated that the midgut of Cnaphalocrocis medinalis larvae had no decomposition effect while that of Pirata subpiraticus had obvious effect on Cry1Ab protein.It was also proved that the Cry1Ab protein had no distinct effect on the activity of Ache and Care in the body of Pirata subpiraticus.
