In order to filtrate the Preponderant Ectomycorrhiza of Populus×euramericana cv."74/76",the experiments were carried out to study the effects of 3 species of Ectomycorrhiza(Lactarius deliciosus, Xerocomus chrysenteron and Boletus eduis) on Populus×euramericana cv."74/76" cuttings,use the mechanism of improving biomass of Populus×euramericana cv."74/76" cuttings by Ectomycorrhiza were also studied.Based on this,useingthe pot experiment,study on the effect of shape and physiological target in water nitrogen gradient processing of Populus×euramericana cv."74/76".The results are showed as follows:(1) The results show that the ectomycorrhiza fungi influence Populus×euramehcana cv."74/76 "in evidence which could increase the height by 8.10%-31.38%and basal diameter growth by 0.77%-35.20%,the length of root by9.09%-181.82%,lateral root numbersⅠby 81.82%-240.91%,and biomass by 9.48%-144.15%.Leaf chlorophyll content also has be improve which is increased,so as to Max Pn.These experiments demonstrated that inoculation with one strain is better than inoculation strains.Above all,the ectomycorrhiza fungi of Cortinarius sublanatus and Boletuse duis are good strains for Populus×euramericana cv."74/76".(2) With no nitrogen and three moisture content gradient processing,the ectomycorrhiza fungi influence the plant of Populus×euramericana cv."74/76 in evidence which could increase the leap of Max Pn,Leaf chlorophyll conten,water-using efficiency and biomass.Quite comparison,the growth indicators have improved.In field capacity of 100%,80%,60%,the ectomycorrhiza fungi influence compared to comparison accumulate 1g of biomass,saving about 11.63%,23.38%and 18.34%of water.And the ectomycorrhiza fungi influence in field capacity of 80%increase water-using efficiency by 46.42%,accumulate 1g of biomass,saving 31.7%of water,compared to the non-ectomycorrhiza fungi influence in field capacity of 100%.the ectomycorrhiza fungi influence in field capacity of 60% increase water-using efficiency by 21.54%,accumulate 1g of biomass,saving 28.09%of water,compared to the non-ectomycorrhiza fungi influence in field capacity of 80%.,which play a role in water conservation(3) Three nitrogen gradient in field capacity of 80%,the ectomycorrhiza fungi influence could obviously increase growth and biomass,which is the same that the ectomycorrhiza fungi influence would increase leaf chlorophyll content,N content of every plant in Three nitrogen gradient.And the N content of plant in B9is highest,followed by the B7 and the that of plant in B12 lowestThe N content of plant in B9 could increase N content of of Leaves by 53.71%,that of stems by 28.96%,roots by 36.06%, whole-plant by 40.03%,comparing to that in B8.For seedling one of three years fertilizing with nitrogen of 420 gram per basin are the optimal scheme.(4) The results show that the ectomycorrhiza fungi influence increase the height,basal diameter growth with different N and soil moisture conditions and biomass to save water and fertilizer.In Nitrogen and field capacity of 80%,the effect ectomycorrhiza fungi of Populus×euramericana cv."74/76 is most obvious.Controling soil moisture content in field capacity 80%-60%and fertilizing with nitrogen of 420 gram per basin are the optimal scheme.
