Study On Statistical Categories And Statistical Indicators Of Flower Products In China

Floriculture statistics is response for the statistics task and information requirement from government sections and related units.The problems in floriculture statistics have been more and more significant with the development of floriculture in China,raising widely attention gradually.Lack of the standard of classification of flower product and lack the unified statistical indicators go against the floriculture statistics in our country.So purpose of this paper is to research statistical categories and statistical indicators of floriculture,and draft a standard of classification of flower product of PRC.To meet the needs of further improve the level of flower statistics in China and development of flower industry.The main results are as follows:1.The from process of floriculture statistics system in our country has been studied and divided into four stages,namely germination stage,preparation stage,formation stage and perfecting stage.The characteristics of each stage have been summarized.2.Analyzing and evaluating the floriculture statistics system formed in our country on the basis of the theory of statistics system,six main problems existing now has been presented.3.The publishing forms of floriculture statistics system in our country can be divided three types.The statistics of our country are too general to be of much use.4.The main floriculture statistics abroad are collected and summarized.Through the analysis of categories of flower products statistics abroad,the bases for categories of flower products statistics are summarized,three patterns of classifications of flower products statistics abroad are proposed.The relationship between categories of flower products and flower production has been analyzed abroad.5.Survey,interview,collect and classify the statistics of China's flower related information,then find out that there is no standard of classification of flower products in our country.The categories of flower products which are used by different departments are basically consistent with the development of flower products in our country.6.With inheriting the reasonable contents of categories of flower products in our country,learning from the categories of flower products abroad,and combining the current situation of statistical work and the floriculture development,study out the draft of 'The standard of classification of flower product of PRC'.7.On the basis of the theory statistical system,research and analysis have been made on the statistical indicators in and abroad,then conclude that the flower statistical indicator system should include the production indicators,the sale indicators(marketing and circulation indicators),the foreign trade indicators,the management and budget indicators,the consumption indicators.8.With keeping most indicators of our country,learning from the indicators of Netherlands the USA and Japan,combing the current situation of the floriculture statistics in our country,propose some improving suggestions about the indicators of floriculture statistics in our country.
