In this paper we will do a research and resolve the contradiction between supply and demand of medical Cephalotaxaceae in real life. Through the use of N, P, K formula orthogonal experimental design, N, Ca, Mg single factor block design and illumination block experimental design, we conduct potted controlled experiments and Daejeon open test of the one-year-old Cephalotaxaceae seedlings. The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for high-yielding Cephalotaxaceae forestation; simultaneously we conduct a study of its high alkali content under all fertilization treatment and illumination conditions, so as to explore some rules on "quality" levels and provide some ideas and ways for effective resolving the contradiction between supply and demand of medical Cephalotaxaceae.The main conclusions are as follows:First, in the field trials, for different ratio of N, P, K fertilization, it is showed that all the indexes are rising as the amount of fertilizer increases. According to DRIS diagnosis, the best ratio of fertilizer and fertilization treatment is at Treatment 9.Second, in the pot experiment, for different ratio of N, P, K fertilization, the differences in effects of growth are significant. The indexes are different; they firstly ascend, and then descend as the amount of fertilizer increases, with the best growth state showed at Treatment 8. According to DRIS diagnosis, under the pot-experiment condition the best ratio of fertilizer and fertilization treatment is at Treatment 8; while at Treatment 9, some seedlings die.Third, in the pot experiment, under the same basic fertilizer conditions, the effects of different N puerarin on seedling growth are significant, showing that they firstly ascend, and then descend as the amount of fertilizer increases, with the best growth state showed at Treatment E; while at Treatment F seedlings are burnt.Forth, under the same basic fertilizer conditions, different levels of Mg affect seedling growth differently, showing that a biomass is rising as the amount of fertilizer increases. Except nitrate reductase, other indexes are of significant difference, with the best treatment at Treatment F.Fifth, under the same basic fertilizer conditions, different levels of Ca affect seedling growth differently, showing that the amount of growth is rising as the amount of fertilizer increases. With the exception of root activity, other indexes are of significant difference, and meanwhile their impacts on the amount of growth are larger than Mg. The best treatment is at Treatment F.Sixth, in the pot experiment, the same fertilization treatment while different shading treatment affect the growth of annual Cephalotaxaceae seedling significantly. Looking from the whole effect, the three-layer shading treatment has the best effects on Cephalotaxaceae seedlings, and has the greatest biomass accumulation.Seventh, different shading treatments have different impacts on Cephalotaxaceae seedlings; the shading treatment at noon is better than forenoon and afternoon shading treatment. At the same time, as the length of shading time is different, the effect is different; 3-hour shading treatment is obviously better than 1-hour and 2-hour treatment.Eighth, different fertilization measures have different impacts on high alkali content of Cephalotaxaceae while the impact of formula fertilizer is not significant.Ninth, there is almost positive correlation between N fertilizer and high alkali content, but the impact is not significant. At Treatment F, due to extremely high amount of fertilizer, seedlings are burnt and high alkali content drops sharply. Tenth, there is positive correlation between Ca fertilizer and high alkali content, and treatments between affect significantly. The best treatment is at Treatment F.Eleventh, Mg fertilizer has the similar effects as Ca, but its extent of the impact is smaller than Ca. Twelfth, different light treatments have different impacts on high alkali content of annual Cephalotaxaceae seedlings. Two-layer shading treatment is better than zero-layer, one-layer and three-layer treatment.Thirteenth, shading treatment at noon for 1 hour has better effects than that for 0-hour, 2-hour and 3-hour. Shading treatment at noon has the best effects, which the forenoon treatment follows.
