Tobacco straw and chicken manure covered on the bamboo forest with different collocation ratio.By researching microbial characteristics of tobacco straw overburden to determine which season and which collocation ratio was the most suitable for decomposition of the tobacco straw overburden. This experiment used culture microbial plate method to determine the number of microbes of straw overburden;chloroform fumigation was used for microbial biomass. The results were as follows:1,tobacco straw overburden had active microflora, bacteria as the main group, followed by actinomycetes and fungi was the fewest.2,the seasonal variation obviously affected the number of fungi and total microbes in the tobacco straw overburden, but not to the bacteria and actinomycetes. Temperature and humidity are the most important environmental factors which affect the microbial growth.Summer is Warm and humid,it's the most beneficial to the growth of microorganisms;although the number of total microorganisms was not the most in spring, but it had more stronger activity of fungi, which the ability of decomposition is stronger than other bacteria, and therefore the spring was more suitable for decomposition of tobacco straw overburden than winter and autumn.3,tobacco straw and chicken manure with different collocation ratio treatments didn't obviously affect the number of bacteria, fungi, actinomycetes, but they obviously affected the number of total microorganisms. The ability of straw degradation of fungi is stronger than bacteria. The number of fungi and actinomycetes of the 2nd treatment with the ratio of 7:3 reached the most, had obvious advantages, the number of fungi and actinomycetes of the 6th treatment with the ratio of 4:1 took second place,so I think the 2nd treatment with the ratio of 7:3 was the most suitable for decomposition of tobacco straw overburden, and the 6th treatment with the ratio of 4:1 took second place.4,the seasonal variation obviously affected the organic carbon, microbial biomass carbon, microbial biomass nitrogen and microbial biomass phosphorus in the tobacco straw overburden.Microbial biomass carbon, microbial biomass nitrogen and organic carbon,as the main influence factors of the fertility of the tobacco straw overburden, reached the maximum in the spring,it can consider spring was the most appropriate of assimilation of microbial biomass.5,tobacco straw and chicken manure with different collocation ratio treatments didn't obviously affect microbial biomass carbon, microbial biomass nitrogen, microbial biomass phosphorus, but they obviously affected the the organic carbon. The environment of the 6th treatment with the ratio of 4:1 was suitable for the microbial growth, compared with other treatments,it could used less energy to maintain the same microbial biomass.Comprehensive analysis, the ratio of the 6th treatment was the best for the synthesis of microbial biomass.Comprehensive analysis of the microorganisms and microbial biomass in the tobacco straw overburden,it could be considered the ratio of 4:1 was the most suitable for the decomposition for the tobacco straw overburden in the spring. There were 13 strains fungi which were isolated and purified from the tobacco straw overburden, they belonged to five genera, arranged according to frequency of occurrence, they were Aspergillus,Penicillium,Stachybotrys sp,Paecilomyces sp and Rhizoctonia sp.The ability of decomposition of the tobacco straw:Rhizoctonia sp>Aspergillus>Stachybotrys sp>Penicillium>Paecilomyces sp.
