Diurnal and seasonal variation of photosynthesis physiology targets of 4 Eucalyptus clones(E.urophylla×E.tereticornis201,E.urophylla×E.grandis3327,E.urophylla×E.grandis 3329 and E.urophylla×E.grandis3229 ) were studied comparatively with GFS-3000 Gas Exchange & Fluorescence System produced by Germany walz company Ltd from March of 2008 to November of 2008.The response of light,CO2 Concentration and temperature of photosynthesis were studied, and analysis chlorophyll content and deflection relational coefficient between Pn and them were analysised. The purpurse of this study is to provide theoretical foundation for high photosynthetic rate breeding, to provide theoretical basis for high quality and efficient cultivation, and to provide reference for improving photosynthetic capacity and productivity. The results were as follows:1. Diurnal variation of Pn of 4 Eucalyptus clones present single and double curve. When it presents double curve, the noon rest of Pn may occurred. There are no significant differences among 4 Eucalyptus clones, E.urophylla×E.grandis3229 is higher than the other 3 clones. Diurnal variation of Tr and Ls present single curves, diurnal variation of Gs present single and double curves, diurnal variation of Ci present"U"curves, while diurnal variation of WUE present multiple types.2. The differences of Pn among 4 Eucalyptus clones in different months are larger, the overall change trend is : May>July>September>November>March. The highest value appears in May, and the lowest value in the March.3. In different month, the Pmax of 4 Eucalyptus clones is between 8.29CO2μmol.m-2.s-1 and 22.46CO2μmol.m-2.s-1, E.urophylla×E.grandis3229 is larger than the other 3 clones in all the month. The LSP of E.urophylla×E.tereticornis201 in different month is between 1750.85μmol.m-2.s-1 and 2120.37μmol.m-2.s-1, E.urophylla×E.grandis3327 is between 1329.44μmol.m-2.s-1 and 2553.28μmol.m-2.s-1, E.urophylla×E.grandis3329 is between 1310.79μmol.m-2.s-1 and 2076.69μmol.m-2.s-1, E.urophylla×E.grandis3229 is between 1679.83μmol.m-2.s-1 and 2031.00μmol.m-2.s-1. The LSP of 4 Eucalyptus clones in March is higher than the other 4 months, and in May is lower than the other 4 months. The LCP of E.urophylla×E.tereticornis201 in different month is between 14.62μmol.m-2.s-1 and 34.70μmol.m-2.s-1, E.urophylla×E.grandis 3327 is between 12.78μmol.m-2.s-1 and 27.08μmol.m-2.s-1, E.urophylla×E.grandis 3329 is between 17.68μmol.m-2.s-1 and 32.95μmol.m-2.s-1, E.urophylla×E.grandis3229 is between 13.37μmol.m-2.s-1 and 32.97μmol.m-2.s-1. The LCP of 4 Eucalyptus clones in May is the highest. Theαof 4 Eucalyptus clones in different month is close, is between 0.032 and 0.048.4. the CSP of 4 Eucalyptus clones is between 1178.42μmol.mol-1 and 1950.53μmol.mol-1, is a higher CSP. the CCP of 4 Eucalyptus clones is between 21.21μmol.mol-1 and 67.71μmol.mol-1, is a lower CCP. The CE of 4 Eucalyptus clones in different month is between 0.047 and 0.082. The CE of E.urophylla×E.tereticornis201 and E.urophylla×E.grandis3229 is higer than the other two clones. 5. The Pn-T response curve of 4 Eucalyptus clones is appears parabola and is similar. The optimum temperature of 4 Eucalyptus clones is 30℃-33℃.6. The curve of seasonal variation of Chla,Chlb and Chlt are similar, which is different from Chla/b, the change of curve of seasonal variation of Chla/b is stable. the overall change trend of Chla/b of 4 Eucalyptus clones is: E.urophylla×E.tereticornis201>E.urophylla×E.grandis3229>E.urophylla×E.grandis 3327>E.urophylla×E.grandis3329. Correlation Analysis among Pn,chla, chlb, chlt, and chla/b show that there no significant relation between Pn and chla,chlb,chlt,chla/b, the relation coefficient relatively is 0.789,0.697,0.758. The relation between Pn and chla/b is negative, the relation coefficient is -0.359.
