| The study was conducted in the experimental farms of Yang Zhou University during 2006-2007 following wheat stubble. The experiment using 108 Japonica Rice genotypes from domestic and abroad, 68 medium Japonica cultivars and 40 late japonica cultivars, as materials under 2 P levels including M in us-P and P l us-P (10kgP/666.7m2) to study the effect of amount of Phosphorous fertilizer application on the phosphorous utilization efficiency and fertilize- phosphorous user efficiency of different variety Japonica rice. Based on these results, evaluation and classification of indexes were done. The study results were as follows:1. The results were as show, 108 Japonica rice varieties released in recent years in China were planted to analyze their genotype differences of phosphorous uptake,P absorption per 100kg product and phosphorous utilization efficiency in the same phosphorous fertilization condition. Under M in us-P yield,phosphorous uptake and P absorption per 100kg product were Lower,phosphorous utilization efficiency was raise. Under M in us-P ,the average yield, phosphorous uptake, P absorption per 100kg product and phosphorous utilization efficiency were 511.05kg/666.7m2,4.74 kg/666.7m2,0.93kg,108.64 kg/kg , ranger from 263.03 kg/666.7m2 to735.78kg/666.7m2,ranger from 2.48 kg/666.7m2 to 7.04 kg/666.7m2,ranger from 0.71 kg to 1.19kg,ranger from 83.99 kg/kg to 139.90kg/kg, the coefficient of variation among genotypes were 17.25%,18.09%,10.54%,10.58%. Under P l us-P ,the average yield, phosphorous uptake, P absorption per 100kg product and phosphorous utilization efficiency were 536.41 kg/666.7m2,5.82 kg/666.7m2,1.09kg,92.61 kg/kg,ranger from 380.34 kg/666.7m2 to 776.68kg/666.7m2,ranger from 3.62 kg/666.7m2 to 8.64 kg/666.7m2,ranger from 0.85 kg to 1.37kg,ranger from 72.79 kg/kg to 117.27kg/kg, the coefficient of variation among genotypes were 16.56%,16.50%,9.55%,9.50%.Phosphorous uptake is the three parameters of the Japonica phosphorus absorption in the difference between different genotypes of the biggest changes.Correlation analysis is show that correlation between yield and phosphorous uptake,P absorption per 100kg product , phosphorous utilization efficiency. Phosphorous uptake was very significantly correlate with yield(r M in us-P=0.820**å’Œr P l us-P =0.825**). P absorption per 100kg product and phosphorous utilization efficiency was litter significantly correlate with yield under M in us-P. P absorption per 100kg product(r=-0.268**) and phosphorous utilization efficiency (r =0.280****)was very significantly correlate with yield under P l us-P.Through cluster analysis, varieties could be roughly classified into three groups: P-efficient genotype, intermediate genotype and P-inefficient genotype. Under this experiment condition, the varieties with five P-efficient response to phosphorous and high head rice rate were yanhui93005, huajing2, IIIyou98, wujing15, changyou1.2. The results were as show, 108 Japonica rice varieties released in recent years in China were planted to analyze their genotype differences of fertilize- phosphorous user efficiency in the same phosphorous fertilization condition. The average harvest index, fertilize- phosphorous use efficiency, P -physiological efficiency, P-agronomic efficiency and P-Partial factor productivity were 0.54 kg/kg,10.79%,23.65 kg/kg,2.50 kg/kg,53.58 kg/kg,ranger from 0.39kg/kg to 0.59kg/kg,ranger from 5.65% to 16.03%,ranger from 11.19kg/kg to 42.69kg/kg,ranger from 1.22 kg/kg to 5.27 kg/kg,ranger from 30.83 kg/kg to 77.67 kg/kg, the coefficient of variation among genotypes were 7.56%,18.62%,34.11%,33.49%,16.32%.Correlation analysis is show that correlation between yield and harvest index,fertilize- phosphorous user efficiency,P -physiological efficiency, P-agronomic efficiency, P-Partial factor productivity. fertilize- phosphorous user efficiency,harvest index,P-Partial factor productivity was very significantly correlate with yield. fertilize- phosphorous user efficiency was very significantly correlate with yield(r=0.443**).P -physiological efficiency was low significantly correlate with yield(r=--0.259**).Through cluster analyses, varieties could be roughly classified into three groups: P-efficient genotype, intermediate genotype and P-inefficient genotype.
