This paper takes the microbiology of Populus euphratca soil from Ejina County,Dengkou County,Wulate County and Dalate County in Inner Mongolia,as the study objects.Study on the Micro-organisms numbers and kinds of rhizosphere and non- rhizosphere. Typical strains of Peniccillium and Trichoderma fermentation broth plant the Seedlings of Populus euphratca. Metabolites of Trichoderma promote the seedlings and take the determination by GC/MS.Microbial composition of the soil is the same as the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere. Bacteria is the most, Actinomyces is the more, and Fungi is at lest. From the specimens , 630 bacteria involving 34 genera are isolated.Micrococcus which is the most accounts for 23.24%, Clavibacter and Brevibacterium are account for 12.77% and 12.12%, Bacillus is the lest accounts for 9.96%,the others are accounts for 41.91%; 486 actinomyces involving 23 genera are isolated. Pseudonocardia which is the most account for 19.22%, Actinomadura and Micromonospora are accounts for 17.25% and 7.84%,the others are accounts for 55.69%;341 fungi involving 29 genera are separated , Penicillium which is the most account for 43.o%, Aspergillu and Trichoderma are accounts for 7.5% and 7.82%,the others are accounts for 41.68%. The rhizosphere effects of four areas changes between 1.03 and 4.86,both Differences is nearly 5 times.Take Penicillium and Trichoderma to training fermentation and plant the seedlings of Populus euphratca Oliv. with the liquid. The result are, Trichoderma in fermentation broth promote to the growth of seedlings Populus euphratica Oliv., seedling height and diameter is the higher than other strains in fermentation broth. The 39 materials are detected, includeing Hydrocarbon compounds, acid compounds, nitrogen compounds, esters and alcohols by the GC/MS detection to the metabolites of Trichoderma.
