North China Plain is the major grain-producing areas of China which affects on provisionment. There are several problems on conservation tillage in current, such as seedling, weed and pest, yield and many other issues. In order to improve the reduction of the crop in North China Plain, a field experiment was conducted at the Luancheng Agricultural Ecosystem Experimental Station of the Chinese Academy of Science, located in Hebei Province of China. The major findings are:1. Winter wheat yield was reduced under conservation tillage. However, the reduction of yield would be alleviated through selecting controlled release fertilizer and increasing the fertilizer amount.2. The main five reasons are sorted assowing too shallow, sowing to deep, physical obstacles by maize stalks, seed moldiness and deficiency or unevenness of soil water.3. Date of regreen was postphoned under no tillage relative other tillages.4. Summer maize yield was reduced under conservation tillage. However, the reduction of yield would be alleviated through selecting controlled release fertilizer and increasing the fertilizer amount.5. The soil water content of conservation tillage is higher than the traditional tillage in different layers.
