Oat is a drought and cold tolerance, resistance barren, and has high nutritional value of cereal crops.A pot experiment in this study,Combination of rotation orthogonal regression design,Studied the patterns of water stress indicators in oats, roots , leaves of protective enzyme systems, osmotic adjustment and yield of material, the establishment of water and production of multi-dimensional mathematical model reflects the face, through the optimization of the different growth stages to identify high-yielding irrigation oats the best option. Following are The main findings:1 Under different water treatments increased with the irrigation,Oat plant height, leaf area and dry matter accumulation increased; For oat roots, oat sufficient water to promote root growth. However, excessive irrigation and drought conditions, root growth was inhibited oats.2 Under different water treatments SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity with the advancement of growth stages, there is "first and then decreased," the changes in trends; In addition, with increasing degree of water stress, the SOD activity gradually increased, CAT activity increased after the lower first. With the strengthening of water stress, leaf soluble sugar content in oats, plant cell membrane permeability and proline content increased.3 In the jointing stage, oats on the ground the ground floor of the physiological indexes and yield a significant negative correlation both. Underground PRO and the output relevance is biggest, the correlation coefficient is 0.997;In the boot stage, oats POD and underground production was positively correlated with other physiological indicators of negative correlation. The underground relative conductivity and the output relevance is biggest, the correlation coefficient is 0.988, ground POD and the output relevance is smallest, the correlation coefficient is 0.161;In the flowering period, yield and ground oats, Ground Floor, POD and chlorophyll content was positively correlated with other physiological indicators showed significant negative correlation with the content of the ground floor of the Department of POD was significantly positively correlated. Ground PRO and the output relevance is biggest, the correlation coefficient is 0.994.At different growth stages of the water supply impact on grain yield, the order is: flowering period> jointing stage> booting stage> filling stage> Seedling, Jointing stage of severe stress (water volume 30% of field capacity) than the normal yield of oats irrigation (water volume 75% of field capacity) reduced 21.25%, 23.41% reduction in flowering period, 19.10% reduction in the booting stage production, 9.02% reduction in the grain-filling stage, 7.09% reduction in the seedling production.Oat yield management solutions for water: the water supply for the seedling stage of 45% of field capacity, 90 percent for the jointing stage, booting stage was 67%, 76% flowering period, 45% filling stage, production is 16.87g / basin. .
